HARD WORKING MANAGEMENT CREW. ALWAYS ACTIVE IN CLEANING UP AND ASSISTING RESIDENTS, SPECIALLY EDERLY RESIDENTS THAT DON'T KNOW MODERN ITEMS. OFFICE STAFF ALWAYS ON TOP OF THINGS IN THE COMMON AREAS KEEPING RESIDENTS INVOLVED.

The apartment is nice,it feels like you are inside an apartment in Brickell!!! love it!! the lobby feels like you are in a luxury hotel and Javier the maintenance guy is super helpful and intelligent.

Great experience the team is great the apartment is beautiful I am so happy this is wonderful thanks to all the team special to Laura Garcia who was in charge of the application and the lease when I apply for the unit.

Apartment unit was brand new, very clean, modern, reasonable. Staff was extremely helpful and professional. A 55 community is suitable to my style of living and the location is okay. The neighborhood is very near vagrants and homeless community that hang around the entrance of the building but it has good security gates and entrance controls.
