The leasing staff were incredible helpful, kind and responsive through the entire application process at The Point at Coral Gables. I was moving from out of state and was not able to preview the unit in person prior to move in, but when I got to the community, everything was beyond expectations. The community is clean, updated, and feels safe. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to move.

I’m extremely impressed with how this property is managed. Lesly, Jose and Bella are very welcoming and very responsive. The maintenance team is always available and go above and beyond for any time I have an issue with my apartment. I’ve recommended this place to a few colleagues and will continue doing so as I hope to stay here for a very long time

The experience with the leasing office has been pretty great. Really nice place, everything is super clean, right by Miracle Mile so location is amazing and everyone has been super friendly. So far no complaints.

I consider it a good-quality building, but the dogs frequently urinate in elevators, and their owners are not cleaning after them, making the building smell awful often and the elevators super gross.

Living at The Point at Coral Gables truly feels like home. The staff, especially Bella, who is always so kind and attentive, makes the community warm and stress-free. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, and the property is beautiful with plenty of amenities. Central to everything, by far a great place to live!
