Overall good, but please can we crack down on dogs pissing in the elevators. Maybe a sign that says (200 dollar fine for dog owners whos pets piss on the floor and that dont clean it up) or something.

I moved into this property in 2019 and it was a great experience. We had mobile key, it was gated and protected. In the years I have been there have been multiple management changes and seems to get worse and worse. Since the introduction of Migo/airbnb there have been more incidents of pot smoking and domestic disturbances. The gate on 2nd floor is consistently broken and elevators were down for almost a year before being fixed.

Air B&B guests blast music. Maintenance ignores work orders to handle special projects. Elevators go down for months at a time. These are all landlord decisions, not management, and they did not happen under the prior owners.

Initially it was great. Then management kept changing. Things around the building started breaking. Policies kept changing. Vendors kept increasing their prices. Its still a very nice building but communication and reasonable discussion with management is increasingly difficult and sometimes they dont follow through on promises made.

Poor. This building is represented as a luxury building, but in reality it is run down, dirty, and lacking in services and amenities. The charge for services, then scale back the service without reducing fees (cable/internet is a mandatory fee but only free channels are provided and low speed inrernet). The heaters in the pool and hot tub don't get turned on so the pool is unusable except for the summer months. The list can go on.

I have been here through three management companies, and each one gets significantly worse. Live Rangewater is absolutely dreadful. --------------- is one of the nastiest and most incompetent managers I have seen on any management team in the last 30 years of renting apartments. When we inform her of a multitude of things that are consistently and constantly wrong with the building, she gives an itemized response of excuses, and then still nothing gets better. Everything from the hot tub never being warm (let alone hot), to the 2 non working elevators, to the broken gym equipment and floors, to no hot water in the building at least 3 times in the last few months, to lack of security in the building, to fire alarms going off without any explanation or follow up, I feel unsafe and unheard. People have left this building in droves, and there is a reason why - nothing gets done in this building no matter what. They are just lists of excuses and incompetence is everywhere. I have written to the upper management and received no response. Everyone in the building knows that they are not cared for or cared about. Something must change here or you will go bankrupt.

Location is great and amenities at first glance seem fantastic, but it ends there. The entire building is a management mess, broken jacuzzi, broken elevators, clogged trash chutes, and service requests that go unanswered for months on end. I've lived in college apartments with seemingly better management than what I get for $3.2k a month. Management allows for Airbnb arbitrage; like at the current rent prices, they can't seem to find regular people who want to live there. This Airbnb madness has led to a dramatic loss of quality with some of the most shady people you'll ever see gracing your building. It's awful. I'm not paying $3.2k a month to live in a hotel.

Overall I can rate my experience in that building like 5 out of 10. I am leaving in this apartment almost 1.5 years. The jacuzzi is mostly not working. I had issues with the parking, as at one moment my decal disappeared from the system, I requested a specific locker for rent 2 months ago, but it never was fixed, and management never got back to me. The quality of the kitchen cabinets is poor.

The management is terrible and does not fix items malfunctioning in the building within a reasonable time. For example, 2 elevators are broken and it takes a long time. The hot water is down occasionally and the jacuzzi on the P level is never warm.
