This community left an excellent impression on me during my visit. It is a beautiful and modern building as I could anticipate from the photos, but in person it is more spacious than it seems, the same goes for the apartment. Spacious and bright environments. As for the amenities, they seem in perfect condition and well maintained, I met part of the maintenance and management staff and they look very professional and friendly.

Our experience renting in this building was great. We live for a few years but we are very fond of the community and its people. It is well located, the building has good security, and the staff is very polite and hard-working. Another plus is the amenity package, truly worthy of a luxury community.

I love this community for many reasons. Among them I think it is worth highlighting the level of staff and management. They are really very professional and friendly people, they were present from the beginning and always willing to help the tenants.

We spoke with staff and neighbors, very friendly and predisposed people, we are sure that it is a very well maintained building, safe with a good atmosphere of respect, which is just what we are looking for.

We absolutely love everything about this community and it is already a fact that we will move here as soon as possible when the pandemic allows it. It is worth noting the good work of the management and the maintenance staff in this building, everything is impeccable in the common areas. Many included amenities and a good location round out what is an excellent deal.

What stands out in this particular community is the good service provided by both maintenance and management staff, they really care about the well-being of the tenants and it shows.

By far one of the top communities in the area. Not only the building and the condominium are well equipped, but the staff and the neighbors themselves are great, there is a good atmosphere. After living here for a few years, I fully recommend it.

Fantastic community. I always felt very comfortable, the environment is calm and safe. Very good location and friendly staff in the building and parking. I definitely recommend it, especially the studios if you live alone, because they are accessible and spacious.
