Living at CORE has been one of the most rewarding experiences I have ever been a part of. The attention to detail is beyond any expectations I’ve learned to have from a community, the efficiency and professionalism of the service, maintenance, concierge, and housing staff is genuinely stellar; and the amenities and events hosted are always a pleasure. I highly recommend this community, and I am constantly proud to call CORE my home.

I love the community. I feel like it’s the perfect amount of upscale, but still great for young adults. The mixture of families, young professionals, and students makes for a lovely community feel that isn’t too loud and noisy, nor too quiet and removed. I use all of the amenities regularly, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The building has great amenities, The rooftop pool is amazing! And the gym is legit. Maintenance is quick. Weather insulation is pretty good. The community is always clean. Location is very convenient. We enjoy leaving here!! The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I love this building and neighborhood! The team and staff are amazing. Hanaly managed all of my leasing paperwork prior to me relocating. She was so helpful and warm. The concierge especially Talia are super helpful and looking out to help us in any way. All departments seem super responsive when submitting any type of requests. It’s super clean and everyone works hard to keep it that way. Which is a huge plus! The building fosters a sense of community by hosting events that allow us to connect with neighbors and building staff. I highly recommend! Great place to create a home and safe space.
