We love living at Gio for the past year. Yahya is awesome and the rest of concierge are so nice and friendly, the cleaning and maintenance teams are wonderful and do such a great job keeping the building clean and running well. The location is awesome as well - you can walk everywhere; I highly recommend living here. The only downside is the high price.

All the staff have been attentive and friendly especially Yahya. The amenities are great and well maintained. Maintenance team are super friendly and helpful. Great location, the proximity of the complex to a variety of stores and restaurants is also a plus.

We knew that we found the right community as soon as we met Miss Yahya at the front desk with her warm, welcoming personality it became apparent. Fantastic location, great amenities and unparalleled convenience from the variety of restaurants and stores down the straight.

People like Yaya make this place go round. Great community, atmosphere, and view! The amnesties are wonderful. The grounds are great and I’m happy to be a resident of a thriving place such as the Gio!

our front desk staff is phenomenal and very helpful everyone is so kind always! The maintenance is super helpful and their day of to fix any problems you may have in your apartment! yaya and aroosta are the best!

Staff is great! Yaya helps everyone out a good bit in the community and leasing office is very friendly. Very new building with Mugen furnishings and great amenities. Everyone is mostly a good crowd, with periodic free events hosted onsite

Gio Midtown is the best place to live in miami. I moved here from nyc and definitely surprised with the high end life quality. Yaya the concierge manager is amazing she definitely the best!!! Steven the maintenance manager is very professional
