Me encuentro muy feliz viviendo aca. Me gusta mucho el barrio y sus alrededores. La gente es muy cálida. El edificio en si es muy lindo y tiene muchas comodidades como el gym, la pileta, el quincho,etc. El personal es amable y predispuesto. Lo recomiendo!

El edificio es realmente un lujo. Con mi novia amamos vivir acá. Desde que nos vinimos de Argentina estamos super comodos y nos encanta. La ubicacion es genial, como lo es tambien su personal. Siempre son muy atentos y amables. Tambien debo decir que tengo unos vecinos muy buena onda y copados! Estoy feliz!!

This is my 1st year living at Flagler on the River and i am extremelly happy. The building is located in a strategic area. It is beautiful, safe and close to several places. The size of the apartments is normal, they are comfortable, modern and beautiful. Perhaps the problem is that, like all modern construction, the walls are thin, so if you have a neighbor who lives partying (as I did) you usually hear them. The pool, the gym, and the parking space are great. The elevators are very fast and work perfectly. The staff is very nice, they help whenever you need them. Most of them speak more in Spanish than in English. The prices are very competitive in the market, they do not seem expensive at all. I highly recommend it for young people.

I am very happy living here. The location is perfect just because it is in front of the river and there are many beautiful places to go around. In addition, the neighborhood is very safe. From the building itself I can say that it is very modern and luminous. The staff is fantastic. They always treated me very well and helped me every time I had problems. Thank God I have silent neighbors, that makes me enjoy more my days :P I highly recommend the building. Encourage yourself to live this adventure;)

At first I was doubting about moving me here because of the bad comments. But then i cheered me up and I don't regret it. My year living here was great. The building itself is very nice. The staff was always very attentive to me and treated me in the best way. Super happy with my stay here and this is why I take the time to write a review so that more people are encouraged!

I really liked Flagler on the River. I liked the area, the accessibility to schools, parks, public transportation, and local entertainment. It is a safety place too! I also saw a lot of staff availability for people. I really liked how they treated me. I loved the spaces and dimensions they have. What convinced me was the price quality relationship it offers. It is top for the market.

Melo Group is nothing but a group of scam artists. Their properties SUCK and if you do your research you will quickly find out that everyone who takes the time to share their experience living in one of their properties had a HORRIBLE experience. They will screw you out of your security deposit no matter how well kept you keep the apartment. Their properties are not safe, their dirty, broken down elevators and leave residents with no a/c, broke down appliances amongst many other issues. They are crooks and scam artists and you should heed to this warning if ever considering renting from them.

The experience I have had with moving in has been the best experience at an apartment complex thus far. The staff, specifically, are extremely helpful, courteous and professional which makes all the difference when choosing a home. I love the quietness of the building as well and the community feel. The apartment units are brand new the rental price worth it.

If you can avoid the studios, please do!. I had a 1-year lease and had to hire a lawyer so I could break it. Where they have the studios were supposed to offices, so when there is not a noise cancellation system at all. You can literally hear your neighbors watching TV, laughing, having a normal conversation with their guests. This is terrible. Apparently, my neighbor would smoke weed and the smell would get into my apt. I do not know about the upper floor apts, but if you wanna have a peaceful night and sleep well don't get the studio. You will feel you don't have much privacy as whatever you do your neighbor will listen. Furthermore, the Wharf, you will have constant music from the wharf. Regarding the staff, some are very helpful and understanding and some not. The elevators... will take a whole life to go up or down from the upper floors.
