This is the best place I have ever lived. Right on the bay and the other residents are fantastic. It is too bad the place is being sold to a developer and replaced with 1.75 million dollar condos. This was the last place a working person could afford to live on the bay.

The apartments are on three levels high, which makes a more home like environment. The apartments are surrounded by a tropical setting in the middle of the compund. You feel like you are ina rain forest. The apartements are right on the ocean as well, which is so beautiful. There is a sea side pool and a deck to sun your self on. The price of the apartements is very inexpensive with inpecable quality. They undercharge if you ask me. Each apartment is very spacious with a lovely front porch to sit out on and admire the landscaping. The atmosphere is incredible, and you just have to go and see for your self. I surrenyl live there and am very happy there due to the friendly management, gorgeous landscaping, beautiful apartment, and location by the sea!!!
