Impeccably maintained space, centrally located with plenty of access and the most amazing and attentive staff. Chris was welcoming and informative while reviewing the Incredible amenities. He is truly a gem and a great representative of this property. Looking forward to coming back and touring again.

I absolutely love living here. The location is great, everything is either within walking distance or a maximum of 15 minutes away by car. The metro is located just a 1-minute walk away! The staff is always so kind, especially Sofia, who is always willing to help. The amenities are great and I am so happy to be here.

I’ve been living at this community for 6 years and I love it. The community manager, Wendy is very kind and caring. I can tell she really loves and cares about her residents. The rest of the team Carla, Sofia, Chris, and Seth have also been very helpful whenever I need assistance. Special shout out to maintenance too!

Walked in to tour with my roommate and had one of the best tours with Chris Alfonso. He answered all my questions, showed me all the beautiful amenities and helped me start an application. Can’t wait to finally move!

Loved the community tour and the staff. Wendy, Christopher and the rest of the team were very accommodating to all of our questions! and we had a few... We love the location, it is so close to shopping, and transportation. The property is super clean and sleek. the apartment is very spacious and in a great shape. We will be moving in soon!

Had the pleasure of touring the community! Did not have an appointment and was welcomed by the leasing team. Chris, Samantha and Sofia provided excellent customer service and provided information of availability, information of the area and showed all the amenities the community has to offer! Very close to the train station, Merrick Park, Milams, and Walgreens. Looking forward to applying!
