The building is located on the heart of Brickell and what some people called the hot corner. The staff at the leasing office particularly Kerry, Tiffany and Kasia are very helpful and professional like the maintenance team.

Luxury Living in the Heart of Brickell? Not Even Close. My experience at Camden Brickell was a nightmare. I leased a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment at the top of 2026. Upon inspecting the unit, which I wasn’t given the option to do before paying, I saw the following conditions which made the unit uninhabitable: Someone else’s urine in one of the toilets; Mold and mildew, a rusted nail, and the prior tenants utensils in the dishwasher; The dishwasher violently rocking back and forth; Food particles splattered in the range, microwave, and refrigerator; Paint chips and debris in the master closet; Thick caked on dust in the ac vents; A range with severe burns/dents A rusty covered refrigerator; and Insect activity in the -------. Because of the aforementioned dust, mold, and mildew, I could barely breathe in the apartment and had an asthma attack. I notified the leasing agent, ------ ------. As was her attitude throughout my experience with her, she was rude and dismissive. All ------ kept repeating was that the apartment was “professionally cleaned” and that she “inspected it.” I showed her pictures and she claimed she would schedule a cleaning and try to replace some of the appliances that had significant “wear and tear.” Because of the filth in the apartment, I never spent a night there. I had to find other accommodations and incurred costs for that. I followed up two days later to determine whether the issues were corrected. They were not. Because ------ was not preset that day, I notified another agent in the office, -----, I would be terminating the lease under Camden’s 30 day guarantee and immediately contacted movers to move out my belongings. At that point, no one in the leasing office provided me any additional paperwork or information about terminating the lease or obtaining a refund of the amounts I already paid. I received an email from a manager Tiffany Lipscom stating that I had till the end of the month to move out. She seemed to want me to believe I was required to give up my right to the rent I already paid. I contacted Camden’s corporate office to complain. That day, -------- -------, a new manager for the S. Florida locations, provided information indicating I was entitled to a refund and paperwork to terminate the lease. She claimed she would try to get me back all of the amounts I paid due to Camden’s failures. However, even though I moved out my belongings less than a week after I moved in (resulting in me paying a total of around $1,500 in moving costs) and Camden has the ability to re-lease it’s unit, I still have not received my refund. Bottom line: Do not waste your time, money, and energy with Camden Brickell. It is a catfish property. During your tour, they will show you a clean and curated unit but the unit you receive will not be in that condition. Further, the staff is unresponsive, unaccountable, and unconscionable. There are habitable, well managed units elsewhere in Brickell.

For some reason I was unable to update my previous review for Camden I made here but I wanted to take a moment and state that my issues were not only addressed but I was honestly reached out to make sure my stay here at Camden was 100. I was upset and all it took was a telephone call and as always Waza was able to clear up any misunderstandings. I guess I jump the gun too quickly. I have never stayed anywhere as warm and receptive as Camden. I just had so much on my plate that I let things get blown out of proportion. I am an adult so I can own my mistakes and I am grateful that all was resolved. Thank you Waza and to all the Camden staff. Happy Holidays.

Used to love this place. But you might as well be squatting on a place that you pay for thousands of for but get nothing in terms of support or accountability for. Waza is the only one who works here that responds from time to time (appreciated) but forget about help. Forget about paying what was promised. Every thing is about you being ignored and money being taken. So disheartening. I renewed my lease with no increase in rent. Marginal only to be told that it will go up hundreds of dollars if not renewed by the 14th. I filled and signed the document online in their system three weeks ahead of the date. Find out one week in that it's not complete. Don't know why so I fill it out again. Nothing. For two solid weeks, literally every day attempting to get answers or help to renew. All documented. No help. Voicemails, texts, emails, and even their Third party answering service. Nothing. All scam. Forcing me to now pay hundreds more or move out.

I love living here. So convientient and the staff is always very helpful. I had a amazing move and no complications what so ever. Moving out of state was the easiest thing I’ve done this year. But the upkeeping of the building is something I’m noticing is falling behind, with the carpets not being maintained cleaned. Hoping this changes because I love my home!

I moved out for work and came back again. I really like it here. The team are great, Ariam takes care of my service requests and gives great advice on maintaining our apartment. Eve and Waza the managers have been there since day 1 and have been fantastic all the way. Very happy definitely recommend!

The noise wasn't a 5 star decision, because you're centrally located in Brickell, Miami - noise happens. After living here for a year, I wanted to state that I continue to happily call Camden Brickell home. I'm transferring into a 2 bedroom soon. I've done my research in the area and it is hard to find a better a value in Brickell. Office team is great - especially Eve. She is very helpful and professional. Happy I went with Camden Brickell, which is arguably the best location in Brickell/Downtown Miami area. It is literally across the street from Metromover, Metrorail, Mary Brickell Village, and has a ton of walkability, which is fantastic - since driving isn't fun in any city.

My experience living here has been awful. I do not write reviews, but I feel like it’s necessary in this case. They do not disclose that the building will be under construction when you sign a lease. After moving in, we asked about the noise and they said it would be done in December, then it was pushed to Feb, and now it’s been pushed back to March. The neighbors are also very noisy and the walls are paper thin. I can hear my neighbor’s entire conversations as if they were in my own apartment. I can also hear my upstairs neighbors footsteps walking from room to room. I hear loud music all the time, kids running up and down the hallways, and dogs will stand at apartment doors and bark nonstop. The trash chutes are tiny and you can barely fit your garbage bags in them. Because they’re so small people leave their trash outside the chutes all the time. The elevators are always dirty. There are always spills in them or dog poop in them. No one wears their masks, especially in the gym. They claim their units are nicely renovated, but honestly it’s all kind of cheap. The washer and dryer are ancient, our dishwasher doesn’t even fit under the counter all the way, our fridge constantly leaks water even though we have put maintenance requests to fix it, and the bathrooms are poorly lit. There is paint splatter all over our floors and we had grease spots and stains on our walls when we moved in. Our bedroom windows don’t open. The management team is nice, but that hardly makes a difference with all of these other problems. I guess you get what you pay for here. Honestly, there’s so many nice places to live just two blocks any other direction. We were not able to tour the building in person before moving in because of the pandemic and we were also out of state, so I hope this review helps others who may be in a similar situation...

My husband and I have lived in Camden for many years now and have had an incredible experience. We decided to move to Camden Brickell this year, and we can't wait to make new memories there. Our apartment is lovely, the amenities are great, the area is everything you could ask for, but the service is what truly differentiates this community from others. Stephanie made sure to go above and beyond to meet every single one of our needs and expectations. She listened carefully to our concerns, and she did everything to help us find the perfect unit. Stephanie was kind, empathetic, resourceful, and knowledgeable. She has a positive attitude that's contagious and makes you feel welcome. We are so happy with our decision to move to Camden Brickell. I would 100% recommend this community, and better yet, I would recommend you ask for Stephanie. She will make sure to listen to your needs and make you feel at home.
