Great Community to call Home. The Community to kid and pet friendly. I have had only great experiences. The staff is Professional and Polite. My family is happy and we love living in the nice community.

Joy when I first moved in but to many turnovers with staff, Work on cleanliness, security, parking, access to amenities, and communication, rent more affordable considering the area and I wish they had activities or resources for residents

It's a nice place to live The staff is really nice maintain maintenance is always on point You never have to worry about anything No crime no drama I've been living here since 2013 I have no problems with anyone Thank you

Mucha peligrosidad y suciedad, en todas las ?reas del edificio y parqueo. El personal de seguridad no hace bien su trabajo. En necesario chequear la limpieza en los pisos y escaleras. Arreglar las puertas de acceso al edificio

Now since we have a new manager in the rent office its been better no complaints on my end I see Mrs. Claudia is trying to keep the outsiders out and the building clean. Hopefully soon the gym will be open for us to use soon since its there.

There are good neighbors, and the green areas are very pretty. People can entertain themselves with the chickens and roosters. There are a variety of apartment styles to suit a person's needs. They are very comfortable. There is always good communication with management. The employees are very attentive.

Great community thanks to management doing the best they can with resources provided. Management always responds promptly and property maintenance is provided, even if residents do throw trash in shared spaces after cleaning has been done. Neighbors are friendly.
