The property is always well maintained and the staff are extremely friendly and always willing to help. I love the fact that there is security at the entrance 24 hours a day,it makes the community feel very safe.

Overall great! A small maintenance team that takes care of EVERYTHING. Amenities are well maintained and management is very organized. They have strict rules but are also lenient on things that make sense. It feels good to live in a place where you are not seen as a customer where the HOA is trying to drain money from you. 10/10

I had a great experience. Admin is responsive, the place is quiet, has nice commodities. My apartment has 3 bedrooms with very spacious closets. Parking is fine and we have an area to charge electric cars. Pool, Gym and beach like area are well equipped and maintained.

I appreciate living at Miami Bay Waterfront Apartments. I live at two other apartment complexes since moving to Miami and they were so busy. It was never peaceful living there. I am peaceful and feel safe living here. I love the quaintness and beauty surrounding the property. I appreciate how management responds when maintenance is requested. I am happy I chose to live here.
