the units at the boulevard were honestly way too expensive for the size (square footage and layout) of the units and the amenities offered. there was also not a ton of flexibility with move in dates as they stated pricing could change depending on move in date even if it was just by a few days. not worth it especially in comparison to other luxury buildings and their amenities

The apartment is in like-new condition, perfectly located, and offers a fantastic living experience. The staff is incredibly welcoming, and the amenities are modern, clean, and truly elevate everyday comfort.

The building management, specifically Yandri Padura, provided excellent service throughout my entire leasing process. The building and the units are beautifully designed and the building is very safe with 24 hr concierge. Overall, this building is beautiful, well located and provides amazing property management services.

Very convenient location with easy access, great value, and excellent amenities. The condo offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the overall experience has been very positive. Highly recommended!

The Boulevard is a new residential community building that offers amazing amenities, the management and staff is really professional to make your life easy, taking care with attention all your needs. The neighborhood is pretty quite but easy accesible to plenty options for schools, restaurants, parks, nightlife, etc. I highly recommend this community

Such a clean community! Comfortable and quiet luxury living would highly recommend. It's nice to live in such a lively area and also feel very safe. Anytime I speak with an agent on the property they are always are available and communicate professionally and kindly.
