“In my new apartment, the dryer makes a horrible metallic noise every time it runs. What should be simple laundry becomes a loud, jarring ordeal that fills the space and shatters the calm I hoped for. Please help”

“The location is great. Management is very slow to address concerns. Not the cleanest common areas either. You will be close enough to eight street to enjoy the fun, but not in the middle of it to be bothered by the noise. Overall nice with some opportunities from the office staff.”

“Convenient location with appropriate amenities. New Management makes effort to schedule events, bring tenets together and are approachable when you have any questions or concerns. Noisy if you live on 8st side so choose an apartment that doesn't face 8st. Needs to have security a bit more visible and walking the grounds. Pet friendly yet not noisy with pets barking. Nice social room and pool but limited internet in common areas. Small gym but everyone seems to use it regularly.”

“I’m really regretful and disappointed at my current appointment! Andrea is a mean person that laughed at me because of my accent! I need to tolerate this place to move out the day my lease end! Looking forward to that day”

“Love the community, staff are all so friendly and always helpful, amenities are top notch and always well maintained…it is such a wonderful place to call home! Can’t say enough good things about living here”

“While the apartments and the amenities are great, the management staff can definitely be left a lot to be desired. There are a lot of questions and issues that go unresolved. We also pay monthly for trash, yet there is always trash left in the garbage room without any consequences to those that are leaving it there. The carpet should also be cleaned more regularly.”

“Overall, the experience has been good. They have been quick to fix any issues with my individual unit. However, there has been ongoing issues with the elevators since I've moved in. The issues doesn't affect me tremendously as I live on 3rd floor, have my car parked on the 3rd floor, and typically choose to take the stairs anyway. There's nice community events monthly. The staff is mostly quick to solve any issues or answer questions. The only thing I can really complain about is the package delivery service. The apartment complex doesn't have package concierge, so they outsource to Fetch, and Fetch is very inconvenient and often loses packages. It's required that we pay about $30/month for Fetch and I really wish they would just collect the $30/month themselves and just pay someone to run a package concierge in the building to avoid dealing with Fetch.”

“Its nice building but do to badly management place is dirty, not very well kept, rugs in the hallways disgusting, call box is broken last 3 weeks management not interested in fixing, amazon packages stollen daily”

“The communication is not good. I've emailed and called, left voicemails to speak to management and nothing back. Months without a callbox. Communication is horrible. No help at all. No notices!!!!!!!”

“It's gone downhill since it first opened. property management team is constantly changed. More interested in signing new leases than in resident retention. Very poorly maintained and very noisy. Interior finish selection is low grade.”

“I recently moved into Altis Little Havana Apartments, and I am thrilled with my choice! The management team has been incredibly welcoming and helpful, making my move-in process seamless. The building is well-maintained, with great amenities. Overall, I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a fantastic place to call home!”

“The leasing agent was not accurately informed of the building and i ended up with a unit guaranteed to have a bathtub - which does not. Aside from that, front desk should be monitored 24/7. It is difficult for deliveries.”

“My experience has been mostly positive, with a few complaints. The building is new and I enjoy the apartment and the amenities. However, when I first moved in, the elevators kept breaking. The hot tub is often not hot. It can be incredibly difficult to get in touch with management by phone. I also wish there was a doorman 24/7 to ensure that no one from outside the community is entering the building.”

“THe community needs a better appearance and needs to improve all the equipments in the social room as well as the pool area. Broken video arcade and the pool table is missing parts. Also, the parking situation is a problem here and we have had no support from the managers.”

“Parking garage is tiny, prepare to hit corners. Dogs constantly peeing on elevators, in hallways and are off-leash. Living room space doesn't exist. Women in the office are very helpful and sweet. The men, not so much. Luxury prices are being charged but very minimum luxuries. NO FREE-GUEST PARKING.”

“Truly words cannot describe my gratitude for the amazing maintenance staff in our building. They are not only the most genuine and kind crew, they went above and beyond the scope of their service to make sure I was taken cared of. I am extremely fortunate to have been responded to in a timely manner and with the utmost professionalism. Thank you!”

“Everything's broken all the time, the elevators never work, the hallway carpets and walls are always dirty, or smell like weed. Loud environments, people think the gym is only for them, etc, etc, etc.”

“Pretty bad experience. Elevator has been broken longer than it has been working. The common areas are not being cleaned (specially dog park/dog wash) Game room stopped being 24h because they built it so cheap that it's not soundproof and bothers people who live on that same floor. The coffee machine that used to be free for residents is now a vending coffee machine? which is extremely greedy. The alarm system keeps being triggered as of today. Strangers get into my apartment to conduct inspections without prior notice while I'm in the shower! They leave a notice with a 5 hour span so it's impossible to know when they will enter into the apartment?Some people have reported leaks in their apartments. For $200 more I could move to the Mint building located in Brickell and have all 24h amenities plus the luxury of living in Brickell”

“The fire alarm goes off way too often in the mornings?.And I wish there was a resident pass for guest parking or some sort of discount?.. way too expensive to park in the paid parking lot. Other than those issues, I love living here. The staff is very attentive and on top of anything that needs fixing or addressing.”

“Overall, it's a solid experience. Most issues arise from other tenants as opposed to management/community staff. Maintenance requests are fulfilled very quickly. They've gotten better at hosting community events/activities. Unfortunately, they use Fetch for package delivery, which can be a pain. But, overall, it's a good experience at a decently fair price.”

“Great place to live, the apartment is beautiful inside, nice appliances, the staff are friendly and helpful, anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response, building is always clean the amenities great, the gym well-equipped, nice game room the locations is the best many places to go good I recommend 100%”
