Nos iban a entregar un departamento sin limpiar y con cucarachas, solicitamos otro departamento y y al principio se negaron porque ya habiamos firmado. Despues de una constante batalla para que nos den otro apartamento, el dia de la mudanza el asensor se malogro. Y durante todo este periodo el asensor se a malogrado como 4 veces. Y desde que nos mudamos, nos cobran cada factura el seguro del departamento y debo de bajar para que quiten ese cobro y jamas de todas las veces solo UNA vez encontre a la manager y se suponeq ue este problema no iba a seguir.”

We were greeted by Jorge who went above and beyond to make sure our tour was fun and informative. Throughout the day, we found that we compared every other place to Altis and nothing was as great as Altis. We applied that night. Throughout the move in process, even after we moved in, Jorge made sure everything went by without any problems. I cannot express how grateful I am for Jorge and the team at Altis. We have been living at Altis for three days now and we cannot stop talking about how much we love it.”

You will be close enough to eight street to enjoy the fun, but not in the middle of it to be bothered by the noise. Overall nice with some opportunities from the office staff.”

New Management makes effort to schedule events, bring tenets together and are approachable when you have any questions or concerns. Noisy if you live on 8st side so choose an apartment that doesn't face 8st. Needs to have security a bit more visible and walking the grounds. Pet friendly yet not noisy with pets barking. Nice social room and pool but limited internet in common areas. Small gym but everyone seems to use it regularly.”

There are a lot of questions and issues that go unresolved. We also pay monthly for trash, yet there is always trash left in the garbage room without any consequences to those that are leaving it there. The carpet should also be cleaned more regularly.”

However, there has been ongoing issues with the elevators since I've moved in. The issues doesn't affect me tremendously as I live on 3rd floor, have my car parked on the 3rd floor, and typically choose to take the stairs anyway. There's nice community events monthly. The staff is mostly quick to solve any issues or answer questions. The only thing I can really complain about is the package delivery service. The apartment complex doesn't have package concierge, so they outsource to Fetch, and Fetch is very inconvenient and often loses packages. It's required that we pay about $30/month for Fetch and I really wish they would just collect the $30/month themselves and just pay someone to run a package concierge in the building to avoid dealing with Fetch.”

However, when I first moved in, the elevators kept breaking. The hot tub is often not hot. It can be incredibly difficult to get in touch with management by phone. I also wish there was a doorman 24/7 to ensure that no one from outside the community is entering the building.”

Women in the office are very helpful and sweet. The men, not so much. Luxury prices are being charged but very minimum luxuries. NO FREE-GUEST PARKING.”

The common areas are not being cleaned (specially dog park/dog wash) Game room stopped being 24h because they built it so cheap that it's not soundproof and bothers people who live on that same floor. The coffee machine that used to be free for residents is now a vending coffee machine? which is extremely greedy. The alarm system keeps being triggered as of today. Strangers get into my apartment to conduct inspections without prior notice while I'm in the shower! They leave a notice with a 5 hour span so it's impossible to know when they will enter into the apartment?Some people have reported leaks in their apartments. For $200 more I could move to the Mint building located in Brickell and have all 24h amenities plus the luxury of living in Brickell”

Other than those issues, I love living here. The staff is very attentive and on top of anything that needs fixing or addressing.”
