“Have lived in complex for 7 months and no major complaints. Building is well maintained, problems in the apartments are fixed quickly. Did have my car broken into in first two months, but management quickly reassigned parking for me and have had no problems since. Only complaint is the use of very cheap windows and sliding glass doors. Very thin one-pane glass that doesn't not seal properly.”

The pool on the roof great view when it is open. I've been here 5 years. Nothing is repaired in your unit until it is on the brink of disaster, nothing will be done and then you still may have to pay off the maintenance workers. For 5 yrs not a promise has been kept. Get everything in writing!!!!”

The 2 BR apts are pretty big, but have a weird, long hallway to the back bedroom.

Noise was generally OK, but it gets pretty noisy whenever something is happening at the convention center right across the street.... especially during the week long boat show. They use jackhammers to set up all the tents... starting at like 7:30 AM.

The rooftop pool can´t be beat. Hardly anyone is ever up there.... and it´s a nice little breezy paradise away from the melee, with a cool view of the whole city. Bonus for watching fireworks on NYE and Jul 4th.”
