“I love it here. It's very family oriented yet quiet and very peaceful. It's safe and secure. The units are spacious with lots of amenities. It's a very beautiful property. The office staff is very helpful and friendly.”

“The community is great, rent is getting a bit too high. I like the pool, I wish the gym had more equipment or upgraded equipment. Also wish there was more enforcement on dog poop. It seems like whoever has bigger dogs, never pick up their dog's poop. Someone could step on it or even at times I have to restrain my dog from getting to close to it.”

“Maintenance crew is always friendly and efficient as well as everyone in the office. Common areas are always clean and well maintained. Apartments are nice and modern, parking always available. The entrance gates are often out of service, but will usually resolve in a few days.”

“Excellent. This is a great community. No complains. The staff is always available and their customer service it is outstanding. Also, the maintenance team it is very professional and their service quality is great.”

“Well foremost, when I moved here in 2017 it was a very clean, beautiful , very peaceful and always well kept lawn. No one can ask for better. But now I'm very disappointed on the extra charges for the velet trash charges and dog poop that not everyone picks after their pet. Something you need to consider.”

“Been living here for almost 5 years and it’s been amazing. From the first visit looking for a new home that Clark greeted us with a smile and positive attitude everything has been outstanding. The attention from Clark and everyone in the office to the attention as promptness of the maintenance team is one of the reasons we love it here. Along with the great amenities, we’re going to be here for quite some time.”

“I have been a resident for over three years at Casa Vera. I can honestly and VERY comfortably say, Christina Rodrigues, manager, has done an amazing job. Her staff is top notch and is ALWAYS there to help. The second you walk into the main office, whether you're a resident or thinking of becoming a resident, you feel at home. The staff always welcomes you with smile. AS a resident, the second I drive into the front gates, I know I am at home. The property is always well manicured. The stairs and sidewalks are constantly being pressure washed. The maintenance crew could not be more professional and competent. Whenever I have reached out for a minor or major repair, it has been completed in a timely and professional manner. Every single employee should be commended for a job VERY well done. I highly recommend Casa Vera as a place to lay down your head and enjoy what relaxed living is all about. Thank You Christina. And please thank everyone for me. I truly appreciate their dedication and commitment to my happiness and that of everyone who has chosen to live here.”

“Casa Vera is an amazing place to live. It’s calm and always kept clean and well maintained. The community is also safe, well lit and security driving around at night. Clark in the office is the best hands down, he is always willing to help and takes care of any questions or concerns immediately. And if you see him around he community he always says hi with a smile on his face.”

“It’s been a great experience living here , I feel very safe with my two girls quiet community. It’s always clean. The management and maintenance always responded to me and repairs are done in the same day. The prices are high but everything is high now.”

“It's getting worse every day the parking is bad the rent is too high they have people that are not supposed to be on the lease living here so there are more cars so there's no parking the police is always here”

“This is a well maintain community. The maintenance staff take cares of any issue quickly and neatly. This community is also pet friendly, and has great amenities. Parking can be a little difficult, but nothing to be scared of”

“Overall, i am happy with my actual unit, and i love the area. Maintenance is relatively quick, management is helpful. The common areas smell like dog pee evrywhere, the dog park needs a deep cleaning and new grass. The parking lot is full of grease from cars doing their oil changes in there. The front gate is always broken”

“Not great. I don't think I've had a single maintenence request that was completed in a single visit. I've often just resorted to fixing them myself because the staff go for the laziest cheapest option. I reported that several pieces of gym equipment are missing or damaged to the point of unusable months ago and nothing has been done. They did finally put a garbage can in the phase 2 gym, would have been great had they removed the plastic from it and put a bag inside it instead of just taking it out of a box. I could write several thousand words about the experience with the front gate but I'll just say it has worked maybe 10% of the time I've been here and everything they "fix" it I get trapped outside of the complex.”

“Parking is an issue especially if you work an afternoon shift. The staff in the office are fantastic!! The maintenance staff are great as well. The dog poop problem has improved dramatically. Neighbors for the most part are friendly. Only incident that occurred recently was that some people broke in the mailboxes for my building. My only real complaint is with management. On 1/4/24 I received a notice on my door stating that I owed $503.70. In the notice it stated "I demand payment of the rent or possessions of premises by 2/4/24. First of all I have never in the 4 years living here was ever late on my rent. Second, why does this place have 2 different billing systems? One in the portal and the other from Conservice? If you notice I paid right away. Your welcome.”

“Very good experience so far except there is too many dogs. Elevators sometimes stink of dog. I have noticed dog urine in the hallways???????????????????????????????????????????????????”

“Not really satisfied as I thought I was going to be moving in to this place. The parking is a caos? I have to park like 1 to 2 blocks away from the apartment unit. Specially when I have done groceries and I have to carried from where I I have parked to the apartment.”

“The complex is relatively quiet as compared to our last apartment. The gym is better equipped, but several pieces of equipment need repairs. Overall, a nice community with a decent pool and an adequate gym.”

“Overall decent. I appreciate the staff. Parking is horrible and we often have to park 300 to 400 yards away from our apartment. Assigned parking should be a feature at this price point. Not an upcharge. Window cleaning has been an issue as we are on the 3rd floor and there is green mold on the exterior of the windows since we moved in, obscuring clear and normal window views. Rent goes up while overall quality does not correspondingly. With all of the new developments in the area upcoming, the property owners should be more sensitive to long term, well paying, never late tenants that would appreciate consideration. We like it here or otherwise would not be so honest.”

“We have enjoyed our time at Casa Vera. The staff is very friendly and responsive to our requests. The amenities are also great. The only major complaint is the way garbage is managed in the community. Residents will routinely leave trash bags outside their doors before pickup time and on days when trash is not picked up. At times, the trash bags will pile up. It would be much better if there was a trash chute.”
