“Living at Miami Bay was the best choice I made years ago. The property is beautiful, very well maintained and the staff is the best. Close to everything but quiet at the bay. The apts are spacious and any issue you encounter, the maintenance staff go to repair very quick.”

“I've been a resident at Miami Bay Club for about four years now, and overall, it's been a great experience. The amenities are top-notch, and the management team is consistently attentive and responsive to residents' needs. The building itself is beautiful and very well-maintained, with a strong sense of community throughout. One important note: if you're considering moving in, I highly recommend choosing a unit on a higher floor. The lower units, particularly those facing the guard gate, can be quite noisy. While the rent is on the higher side, the quality of living, location, and overall experience make it well worth considering.”

“Overall great! A small maintenance team that takes care of EVERYTHING. Amenities are well maintained and management is very organized. They have strict rules but are also lenient on things that make sense. It feels good to live in a place where you are not seen as a customer where the HOA is trying to drain money from you. 10/10”

“I had a great experience. Admin is responsive, the place is quiet, has nice commodities. My apartment has 3 bedrooms with very spacious closets. Parking is fine and we have an area to charge electric cars. Pool, Gym and beach like area are well equipped and maintained.”

“This community is a hidden gem. The amenities may not be as fancy but the location and view and cleanliness of the property are great. The people here and community are also quality. We continue to stay because of the manager Michelle, without her the place would crumble. She truly is what keeps this place great, and am sure no other place has management like this.”

“Nice area. Convenient to Midtown, Design District, Edgewater & South Beach. However, caliber of residents has significantly decreased over the years. Updates to apartments have been slow. Amenities are nice. Being adjacent to Biscayne Bay is plus.”

“My name is DION I've been living at MiamiBay for a very long time now in this is by far the best place I ever lived at they always on top of things before you even have to tell them I could never see myself leaving I love it here they treat you like family here and I love how the way they keep up with the maintenance in the building and as well around the building it's like waking up in paradise and I'm not saying all of this because it's a nice building I like the fact how they is very understanding I like the fact that they have your best interest I love the fact that when I move into the building I met the owner and I asked him like the weight and there are a little light to me Could you put some heavy dumbbells and the gym and he did it immediately if that's not caring I don't know what to call because before I move at this place, I was working out extremely a lot and when I got to the building I'm like I like the gym. The gym is extremely beautiful but the dumbbells it's not that heavy and again, as soon as I told him that he admittedly made changes and I got into the best shape of my life it's the littlest things that makes a big difference, especially when someone cares most people like where they live I love where I live because it made a difference in my life it brought me peace and it brought me happiness looking at the water every day can give you a peace, of mine without you even realizing it. it made me grow as a person mentally, and physically what I'm basically trying to say is, there's no place like MiamiBay”
