“Some neighbors play really loud music in their balcony and it makes it impossible for kids to fall asleep. It's pretty annoying. I understand that some people dont need to go to bed until midnight, but you need to be mindful of the kids that go to be around 9pm and they cant fall asleep because neighbors are blasting music at 930pm”

“Al comienzo fue muy bonito todo, pero del anio 2020 en adelante mi experiencia no ha sido muy placentera, Hay una discrepancia en mi contrato que no han podido o no han requerido resolver. La ubicacion de la propiedad es conveniente.”

“This community is great. Every worker is very attentive and kind people. They keep the amenities clean, and if me or my family needs something like maintenance, they help you super quick. Friendly people and neighbors as well, very calm and quiet”

“Everyone is so friendly! The front desk personnel are amazing and Rafael the property manager is very friendly, helpful and professional- The place is so clean and quiet and I highly recommend living here!”

“Community is good. Cons are the rules written in common areas are not respected. Manager should be more on top of cleanliness of pet area, correct use of pool area, etc. Rent prices are a little too expensive. Everything else can't complain. Workers also good!”

“It's been good but the new change in manager has resulted in chaos in the mail room and it appears that cleaning is not as good as it used to be. So not sure if this is the new management or what but there has been a noticeable difference.”

“I have lived in the United States since 2013 and Gables 37 is the best community I have ever lived in. The service is excellent, the maintenance is very fast and the best team in the office. I would always recommend Gables 37.”

“Being an expat arriving in Miami for the first time, I found my whole experience of viewing and selecting an apartment to be first class. The staff were very friendly and they made the application process very straight forward. Since moving in, there have been many social events and I have been made to feel welcome and at home. I find my neighbors to be friendly and considerate. The maintenance of the building and my apartment has been excellent, with a quick response time.”

“This community is location, location, location!. The airport is 10 minutes away! The building is very clean, the ambience is amazing, the service, the amenities and it can't beat the competition. We are very happy to choose such an excellent place to live.”

“Very nice building... Jennifer who is in charge is great! A little disappointed that something is always broken. Especially the jacuzzi. One great thing is there are no bugs!!Their pest control works. But the air freshener in the elevators is too strong.”

“Well managed for the most part, lobby area always smelling fresh, hallways could use additional cleaning - sometimes there are dead bugs/worms visible. Otherwise very satisfied with this property/community.”

“I have lived in this apt for one year and it has been a great experience. I have had no complains and the staff is always ready and willing to help. The apartment is very nice size and comfortable and the rent is very reasonable in comparison with other apts in the market in the area.”

“The amenities are excellent, and the management team is fantastic! However, I believe there should be stricter screening for new tenants. Recently, many new residents have moved in, and there's been an increase in noise and lack of consideration in the halls. Some of these new tenants also seem suspicious and exhibit strange habits. Given the number of families in the building, it's important to maintain a respectful and safe community. The pool renovation looks amazing, but my daughter often hurts her feet when we visit. It might be the tiles causing this issue. Additionally, the kids' park needs more regular cleaning. Every time we visit, my daughter's clothes and hands get very dirty. Overall, it's a great place with a super helpful staff!”

“The property manager, that's the key. Thanks God we have a really good and professional manager. She is always on the top of every detail inside and outside the building. She is very strict and flexible at the same time. The look of the building and the staff talks about how you are going to live. I have no complaints and I am going to stay here for more years.”

“The most valuable is the location, it is close to everywhere. The unit is comfortable and quiet. The maintenance is good, except the tenant garage area, that it hasn't been cleaned with hydrojet long time ago. The administration office is always open and willing to solve any problem.”

“Overall it started well however the new neighbors that moved in next door are incredibly loud and disruptive. The mom constantly yells at the children and we hear through the walls. It disrupts our work and we have tried to discuss with management. The amenities are fine and typically clean.”

“My start at this apartment was rough. The manager at the time (Diana) was impossible to communicate with and she didn't seem like she knew or cared what was going on. Once Jennifer took the position, things did a 180 and I began to feel like the place was actually being run by someone who cared.”
