“This is a very popular and friendly rental building in Midtown Miami with very friendly people greeting you as you enter such as Valeria who always has a smile and ready to help you. She has often helped me as a resident with small issues like locating a package. I have lived here since the building opened and have no interest to look elsewhere. I should also mention the management office and support staff for quickly attending and resolving issues.”

I love how friendly the staff is here especially the front desk when they greet you coming home. I love the leasing staff as well because they are quick to help you whenever you need anything. Keith is always there to help you and does so in an attentive and friendly manner. The gym being 24/7 is really convenient for me because my work schedule is not fixed.”

— 125 NE 32ND ST · Miami“i lived at midtown five since 2019 and finally had to say enough is enough with the greystar management that took over ! the building went down hill after they took over ! The quality of people , the noise of neighbors , and the "improvements" they say the make but you don't see any of them . they said they were going to spend so e where to $60k to redo the pool deck and the o my thing you see is new chairs . they should put that money into the gym instead of changing the titles to ugly colors in each elevator. the neighbors have parties all night , you hear zoom walls through the walls and and then you hear your upstairs neighbors having seX through the ceiling. then when you call management they make you feel like you are the problem for complain and just say it is "normal apartment noise." I literally heard my neighbor sawing through the wall and building things at one point. so then they raise the rents to insane amounts and expect their tenants to pay $1000 more a month. i have lived there for three plus years . those apartments are not worth $1000 extra a month. like come on ! then I finally move out and they take painting and drywall damages from my security deposit when I patched every hole I put in my wall to hang things. at this point stay away from this place ! they just care about making money !!! i would give them 0 stars if I could”
— 125 NE 32ND ST · Miami“This building is terrible!!!. If you are a professional and going to work in the morning providing for your family PLEASE don't MOVE in this building. You will NEVER NEVER sleep again. Parties going on on a regular basis with loud MUSIC, SCREAMING people and the worse there is notting you can do about it. NOT a real policy that protect you quite time, if you try to call concierge no one will answer your call. The management will tell you is a process to take care the situation but I think is just something they say to get you off the phone. No one will listen to you and help you.. They don't care. Once they left me with no air conditioning for 2 days in August.. you can imaging my living nightmare. This is a review for professionals that have a real job and need to rest at night so they can provide for their families and children. Otherwise if you are a parties Animals and enjoying vomiting in the elevator and hallway carpet this is the place for you. To anyone that is wondering the truth of my review I documented and videos everything. Just ASK.”
— 125 NE 32ND ST · Miami“From the moment I walked in the lobby I knew this was the place for me. Everything from the smell of the building to the amenities to the apartment is just beautiful. I was greeted by Taylor, which was great when explaining any questions i had about anything. 10/10 would recommend.”
— 125 NE 32ND ST · Miami“From building management (Miguel, Lorelei, Stephani with Leasing), all the front desk staff my fav: Brenda, the maintenance crew, and engineer, to the cleaning team., They are all wonderful, helpful, professional and friendly. The pool gym and spa is one of the best in Midtown and there's a lot of space just to chill like the zen garden, pool table tv rooms. As business owner/.entrepenuer -- the 4th floor office spaces are clean, professional and simple. Unlike other community offices that are distracting and overly decorated. I love the large balcony as well. And all the cute activities the team puts together for us and local discounts.”
— 125 NE 32ND ST · Miami“The maintenance is HORRIBLEEEE! they came to fix my toilet and left it exactly how it was. I had to fix it myself. They replaced a base board slightly croaked and didn't even seal it with cocking. While I was gone I can tell they touched and were messing with my AC dial. It was dirty full of white dust and scuffs. Also when I can home the front of my door was filthy with white dust and white scratches. Also the elevators are filthy! Always wet from people coming out of the pool. And the bell cart wheels are filthy dragging dirty everywhere. When taking up groceries I don't even take the cart into my home. Pee in the elevators and the entrance of the building reeks of urine. The low red lighting in the front needs to be brighter. Or maybe they keep it dim to hide the fact that it looks filthy.”
— 125 NE 32ND ST · Miami“I have refrained from leaving a review because I really wanted to give this place a chance in light of what we are paying, which is a lot, but everything is a issue here from getting keys for teenage minors on the lease to requesting a water filter for one that was not replaced when we moved in, noisy washing machine with maintenance ignoring us, maintenance accessing your apartment without permission every single time, trying to rent a storage space...everything is a hassle, staff do not communicate with each other and with the exception of the front desk staff who try to help, the staff treat you like you are a bother or hassling them and are rude, it is a shame the building is beautiful.....They are super nice until you sign the lease and then they move on to the next one. Everytime you walk into the management office they look at you like you don't belong... and air bnb'ers are everywhere. We are hoping things will get better but looking at previous reviews I don't hold out much hope.........I will update review if things change. #midtown5...smh #we want the simple life.”
