“Me siento muy contenta viviendo en Soleste Spring Garden el personal de mantenimiento Rodolfo me atiende muy profesional de manera rápida me cambió mi lavadora por una mejor muy bien su trato y preocupado por que el inquilino quede satisfecho Gracias.”

“The management is not doing a good job. They used to care but now it looks like they just gave up. I hope they will care about their tenants and their comfort and privacy more. The maintenance team doesn't seem to be doing anything. They haven't fixed anything in the apartment. If anything, they made things worse.”

“The apartment building is very well kept as it is always clean and smells great. The management are always going above and beyond to ensure everyone is happy in the building and they organize events almost every week for the building- there is always something fun happening. It's a great building to live in!”

“Always clean. Staff are professionals and always willing to help. However, the mail room needs to have a better organization. All boxes are simply placed anywhere and it takes a while to find your own boxes.”

“The move in process went smoothly. The leasing agents were very welcoming. One of the elevators was reserved for me to use during my move and they loaned me a cart (like the ones used a hotels) so I didn't have to make so many trips.”

“I think it's a great building overall, however there should be security guards who speak English. It's frustrating when you can't communicate with them. Some of the guards are pretty rude and I told Sara who works there but she never got back to me when she said she would.”

“Everything has been great regarding the move in. Great and clear communication with Edgar, one of the leasing agents. I was able to have everything organized prior to arriving. Really grateful for the way everything had been handled this far.”

“The apartment is cute, maybe a little bit expensive for a small place, and we would've liked to do the check-list that you mention before in the survey for the things in the apartment, but no one mention that to us, beside that everything is going great at this moment, the community is smelling good always and that's nice.”
