“After seen many apartments for around two months, I decided to rent at Zoi and very happy because it has all I wanted in an apartment . Quiet, peaceful, not a lot of noise. My apartment has a lot of natural light and last but not least. I enjoy the gym, the pool that hopefully will be reopening soon and the staff, very friendly, trustable and respectful. Thanks”

“I love this community so much. Been here for two years and I never want to leave. The building is quiet, clean and close to everything. Any issue I've ever had has been resolved so quickly. I can't imagine a better place to live.”

“This apartment building in Coconut Grove is fantastic. It's well connected with public transport, making getting around easy. The amenities are great, including a gym, pool, and communal areas. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The location offers a perfect mix of city convenience and peaceful living. It's a great place to live.”

“Apartment is nice in itself but building is not kept in clean conditions. Carpet in hallways smell like dog piss and garage smells like mold. When moving you have to keep calling because if not they will not respond to your emails.”

“Chose it because of it's location and price was reasonable. It's not as large as others in this market so more boutique feeling. It's a very pleasing community with great local retailers nearby and a view of the bay!”

“So far it's excellent. There's an abundance of amenities and great common spaces. We particularly enjoy the vendors such as the Rounds, dry clean delivery services, and the food trucks. If someone still wants to get around, it's very easy to move around with the trolleys, buses and train next door at the Coconut Grove metro station. It's a good spot to live.”

“My experience was incredible from the moment I get in this building friendly welcoming smiles they took the time to help me and guide me to the whole process of applying and show me all the amenities that this building offers, great location , fantastic customer service if you need help ask for Christian incredible helpful.”

“Elizabeth. Armando, and Jorgito have all been great and extremely friendly. They've made the move in process easy. The building is well kept and very nice. Parking is easy. The amenities are very enjoyable as well.”

“This building was great for the first 18 months I was here, unfortunately this is no longer the case, there was an incident over the holidays with theft of packages by senior management, RKW did not address at all and attempted to brush under the carpet even though manager was arrested in middle of the day on the building front steps! no communication was ever given to address or reassure residents. the assistant manger was left to deal with this alone and is no longer at this property. I am not even sure we have new management , no communication has ever gone around and rarely see anyone on property. such a shame because the units themselves are good, even if over priced for the product.”

“The apartment was not very clean when we moved in. We didn't received very much communication ahead of our move in about how all the different apps worked, I submitted my renter's insurance several times and there is still a notification on my account that I don't have renter's insurance. The view is great and we like living here. The amenities are sufficient.”

“Not good so far. Move in process was challenging and not as seamless as it should have been. Once moved into the unit, the washing machine, stove, and burners were not functioning. We were the notified that it will take at least 2 weeks to get the parts to repair the stove and burners?why wasn't this tested and fixed before move in? Now we have to eat out every night and spend more money!”
