The amenities make living at the Sinclair very easy. The staff at the building are always throwing events, helping out residents, and integrating with the community. Maintenance requests are always followed up quickly.

Love living at the Sinclair, not only is it a beautiful property (the shared spaces are out of a luxury hotel!) that is kept second to none, the team here are just wonderful. They are always helpful, honest and incredibly accomodating. Extra shout out to Erica in the real estate office who is just incredible - she and the team really made our stay here above and beyond our expectations!

I couldn't not have chosen a better community to live in. From the moment I stepped foot in this complex, I have felt right at home. The staff works to know you and welcomes you home every time you walk in the doors. This is HUGE for someone who is new to a city and trying to feel at home with a sense of community. When I invite non-residents over, they wish that they could live here. This place is truly something and I would recommend it to anyone - lots of young professionals, singles, newly marrieds, a few families, and some of the people who decided to move back to the city after years in the suburbs, raising a family. All walks of life but the one thing everyone has in common is that they are great people who genuinely want to know their neighbors. I am SO happy here.

Amazing staff! We love Ian! The building is beautiful and well built. Love the soft close cabinets and bathroom lighting and tile. The amenities are unbeatable with nearly 300 degree views from the 6th floor. We love the Sinclair!

Living at the Sinclair for the past 18 months has been an experience in grace and gratitude. Across the board, the staff is nothing less than lovely - helpful, courteous, and always going above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for residents as well as their guests. Their patience is remarkable, even in the face of unreasonable demands or angry, argumentative clients. Well trained, competent staff combined with an immaculate building and amenities makes the Sinclair incomparable within the Chicago rental market.

Love the building and the community! Staff is also really nice. Apartments are really spacious, bright and clean. The amenities are awesome, pool deck is the best in Chicago! It's location is awesome, everything is accessible in a walking distance and you're at the best neighborhood in town, no doubt.

The Sinclair is the best managed building that my wife and I have ever lived in. Between the two of us, we've lived in most major cities of the US, so we have a lot of comps. The events and programming are amazing. We especially appreciate the personal and professional touches from Andrew during the days and Ian in the evenings.

Love, love, love the Sinclair!! Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. When I was under a crunch and wanted to adopt a rescue puppy, Nicole helped me out right away by sending everything I needed to bring the puppy home that day. My puppy loves the dog run at Sinclair along with all the other dogs she meets. My apartment is spacious and the walk-in closet for a 1 bedroom is the biggest I have ever seen. The amenities (gym, pool/patio, etc) are awesome and they always have events going on. This is a great place to live!!

This building is amazing. It is one of the newest high rise rental projects in the gold coast in years. The experience of living in the Sinclair is comparable to a top tier multinational hotel with the layouts, amenities, and floorplans. But the everyday interaction in the community is very friendly and welcoming like a small family business with big hearts. Each and every one of the building personnel says “hello”and “have a good day.” The staff is genuine and sincere with the way they handle all encounters. The amenity floor has the feel of a resort with the way it has the outdoor bar area, cabanas, and pool setup. It is very easy to feel as if on vacation and let the stress drift away. The open floorpans and kitchen designs make bring a comfortable and soothing feeling to the building. The incredible storage provided in the closets and kitchen cabinets are some of the best I have seen. Overall, the Sinclair is much more than a building, it is a soothing escape from daily stress.

Living at the Sinclair is very enjoyable. The amenities are wonderful and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The community events are also a plus! The property is well maintained and maintenance is quick to fix any issues.
