Great location with great amenities!! Maintenance and support staff are very friendly and always helpful whenever we have a question. I would recommend this community to any of my friends looking for a fun place to live in the city.

Catalyst is an extremely resident focused building with top notch service. Maintenance staff are excellent and respond to any inquiries within 24 hours. They will even hang posters and shelving, mount TV. Great building activities as well.

Location is great, near everything - from restaurants, to CTA trains, Metra or highways. Building is in great condition, very well maintained and amenities are top notch, especially the gym, pools and yoga studio with free classes

Been here three+ years after doing research on all the other west loop apartment buildings. Catalyst offered the most attractive floor plans for Convertibles/1-Bedrooms, combined with very elegant common spaces. Huge plus that you don't need to reserve or pay to use the commons. Management has generally been great, although there's been turnover at the community level, but each "iteration" has been excellent so no complaints. I've moved apartments 3 times during my stay here so far and don't see changing buildings for the foreseeable future. It's in the perfect location between the Randolph street restaurants/bars and the loop. I highly recommend this community with almost no reservations.

Quality and cleanliness of the building and amenities are amazing. The staff make you feel like part of a family and are quick to fix anything broken either in the building or your flat. It is very safe with a 24hr security guard downstairs and we have one of the best pools in the West Loop.
