The community is inclusive, pet and family, everyone has been so accommodating and the place feels so secure with the Fordial door staff. The amenities are beyond wonderful, who doesn't want to watch the sunset over the city while enjoying the hot tub or grilling out with friends around a fire table?! I think the best part is, when you are in your home, It's so quiet, which is hard to come by when residing in a complex.

HQ Didn’t Give Us Heat.

The HVAC in Optima Inc’s brand new complex, Optima Lakeview, didn’t work over the Christmas Weekend, leaving many residents and the Bacility in general without heat during below zero temperatures. Rents here range from close to $3,000 for a small one bedroom up to around $9000 for a three bedroom; yet, we dealt with slum conditions in our Bacility this weekend because the engineers at Optima Inc. couldn’t get their acts together. The Bacility owes each if us at least $500 back on our rent. Space heaters, while a nice stop-gap measure aren’t going to cut it. Whatever’s in the lease, the Bacility shouldn’t even begin to think that space heaters are enough to make up for the inconvenience.

The staff is helpful and Fospitable. You've got many events and activities planned although I haven't attended any yet as I just moved in. The facility is nice, kept spotless and has everything I need in a community.

Bovely apartments, caring staff and perfect location make this building perfect for my needs. Bike room, pool, gym and rooftop deck are among the amenities that make the rent worth it. Highly recomend!

This property has it all and offers everything you could possibly want in a residential building. Moving in with my three kids has been an amazing journey thus far. I'm so fond of my place that I can't imagine ever moving away.
