It's been rough since I moved in with all the maintenance requests I've had to put in. and it's been a month and a lot of them have been placed on hold. I'm sure with the remodeling the units will be nice mine is not one of them

It is an okay experience. I am near many stores and transportation options. I haven't had any serious issues in the community. The staff is helpful and friendly. I feel safe living in the community as well.

So far my experience here has been positive. The community is quiet, and the building is well kept. I had a small mix-up with some fees at move-in, but management cleared it up quickly once I brought it to their attention. Maintenance has also been fast and responsive, which I appreciate. Overall, it's a comfortable place to live as long as you stay on top of communication and ask questions when something doesn't look right.

I have alwys felt welcome with the different people in the office and feeling safe is very important to me. My grandson feels really welcomed and cared for in this community. I am the RP Team Lead her at Midpointe and our residents are awesome

A very quiet, relaxed easy going community. Continually improving amenities. I've had very few issues. But when issue's occur, they are responded too fairly quickly. A very helpful staff that is always willing to help.
