The rent is very high for the quality of residence here TI Communities. The apartments are only updated when a tenant leaves. The value is not comparable to the amount of rent and fees we have to pay here and the community has gone downhill over the years. There is no incentive for having been a resident for years. I would not recommend this property to anyone who is searching for a place to live.

THE AREA IS NICE BUT, THE COMPANY NEEDS TO MAKE SERIOUS CHANGES. EVERYTHING IS ALA CARTE. THE FACT THAT I HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING IS OUTRAGEOUS, BEING BILLED FOR WATER AND SEWAGE IS CRAZY AND IS MAKING ME LEAN FURTHER INTO WANTING TO MOVE.

I've been here for years and have seen different management. Years ago it was nice to live here and it felt like a community. I also felt safe which is one of the key reasons that I've been here so long. I no longer feel this way. The amount of rent and additional charges is absurd. I can't communicate with maintenance workers. It's hard to get in touch with staff at the office. I've expressed concern regarding Marijuana smell in my unit and nothing has been done. There's been a HUGE change over here and it's not for the better.

This is a nice apartment complex with plenty amenities. The office staff is very nice, while moving in they assisted with all my needs in the apartment. I feel safe within the community, off to a great start
