I love it here. All the staff members at the concierge desk are so nice and Jenna and Juan were incredibly amiable and helpful as well. Other residents here are friendly too! It also feels safe, I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to stay in the heart of the city.

The experience at this community has been very up and down. The people are great, but nothing gets done. There's 3 elevators, 2 that usually work, and right now there's only been 1 that's been operational for the past 2 weeks. On top of that, work orders are not completed in a timely manner and/or they have to be mentioned multiple times to get anything done.

I don't have any major complaints. My particular unit is very close to the train which is quite loud. A lot of light also comes in at night which is a bit unfortunate. Otherwise this is a rather nice apartment building.

I am absolutely thrilled to share my exceptional experience living here and its incredible team. From the seamless move-in process to the warm and welcoming atmosphere, I knew I had found my perfect home. Juan, Jenna, Corey, the Chief engineer and the entire team deserve my heartfelt gratitude for their professionalism and dedication. They went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, making the transition effortless. The well-maintained grounds, modern amenities, and attention to detail in the apartments make this place a delight to come home to. I can confidently say that this community, is the perfect place to call home, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable, well-managed, and inviting living experience.

Great staff and location. Amenities are worn down and need updated. Staff and management is friendly and responsive. Residents are chill and it creates a laid back environment to live in. The amenities have potential to be the best in the loop but need to be updated as they are disappointing compared to what's advertised.

The location is great. The price is not absurd for the amenities and location of the building. However, the staff in the leasing office do not get back to you in a timely manner. Maintenance requests are rarely ever addressed on time. The design of the apartments make no sense. Neighbors can be disrespectful.

I like apt rating because it tell you evrything itself the lies the people pose at something that it not. It will be better if someone actually check these apts and housing out and see if it best to rent out and our thing in our apts been mess up since may and plus our water is brown

The only problem I had was with my toilet. It it has problems with the rim jet. I think they somehow got clogged. Possibly mineral deposits. I haven't asked maintenance for help yet, so I don't really have any complaint. My only problem moving in was the toilet being clogged though.

Nice apartment. Perfect location. Helpful apartment officers. So far so good. I can't wait to start a new life in City Club Apartment MDA. So many places to eat and drink near the property. Seven eleven is right near the apartment.
