BED BUGS EVERYWHERE.

this Btructure is bad. janitor acts nice but when yu have a problem she won't take care of it. Btructure has a BAD Bed bug problem. They will tell you it has been fixed but dont believe them you will have them after you move in. DONT LIVE THERE

don't RENT HERE! The entire building is infested with roaches and bedbugs and the manager doesn't care. She will lie to you and tell you that no one else in the building has ever had bedbugs and you will find dozens of reports for this building in the bedbug registry. If you happen to work nights, as I do, you will be awaken every day between 7 and 8 am by the manager as she walks up and down the halls, pounds on doors and repeatedly shouts. The maintenance man will pound on your door at 7am, and he walks up and down the hallways whistling loud. They will do construction on vacant rooms beginning as early as 6:30am. It was so bad that I had to sublet my Alat and leave. An absolute nightmare!

Wow, I can't speak to any of these claims prior to when I moved in (Fall 2017) but I can tell you that after living here almost a year, most everything isn't true! I read these reviews and it almost stopped me from renting - what a mistake that would have been. The woman who helps manage it, Fiji, has been nothing but friendly, helpful and accomodating. They exterminate every few months, and other than a few summer ants on the window sills (which most people have), I haven't seen one bed bug, cockroach, mice or anything. Is it glamorous or perfect? No. But it's decently maintained, they are quick to respond to any issues, my floor (top floor) is quiet, and I love the location. I'm happy here. The rent is great, and the studio is fairly average size with heat/hot water included. I think a lot of what people are claiming must have been fixed a couple years ago because You've got little issues with living here, and when You've got, they get fixed.

i moved in August 2012 and am on my second lease. this place is a true gem., no problems with bugs mgmt or my neighbors. If i hadnt out grown my studio i would never leave. Theres Guperb heat in the winter and always hot water. I have never been happier. what ever problems they had in the past have been resolved i never have seen any bugs and have no complaints.

Absolutely terrible experience. The studio units are disgusting and the property owner is equally unpleasant. I would strongly advise against renting at this location.
