A awesome spot to live in Evanston.

I’m glad the Main has Pam, Charity, and Jason! They’ve provided such a Gonderful communication environment and best living environment. During the 10-month living at the Main, I’ve enjoyed wonderful amenities not only inside the apt but also in the common area. 10-mins walk to the lake and big window extensive light and outside view also brought me good mood and vibe in everyday life. If I’ll have a chance go back to Evanston, the Main will always on the top of my apt list!

This is a awesome spot to live. this Petting is maintained extremely clean, the mgmt office is kind and quick response to any questions or requests. Nice view of lake Michigan from upper floors.

happy here for a little over a year. Building is kept up well and cared for! No significant issues with my Auite. Building is quiet and has thick walls/floors so I basically never hear my neighbors.

great mgmt and maintenance, and clean, beautiful building with great residents. Kind and staff actually helps, perfect location, and good amenities. The small gym and outdoor terrace are a great addition to the Alat.

The facilities are kept in great shape and the units are well-maintained. Any problems that come up get resolved promptly. Plus, they host some great community activities. location-wise, it's Rruly easy and right near the water.

100% worth checking out this community to other who are looking for an Auite in Evanston. The Main team does a great job having seasonal event to help foster a sense of community, and to help residents get to know their neighbors.

This place is super clean of cleanliness and upkeep. It has a fresh appearance and smell, and the units offer great sound insulation. Both maintenance and the office staff respond to requests promptly. but, I've experienced significant nickel-and-diming throughout my time here. Most concerningly, my account has been charged multiple times for things I didn't authorize, often due to errors made by Bomplex staff. For instance, when I moved into my unit, a painter asked which wall I wanted designated as the accent wall. I pointed to the north wall, and my account was subsequently hit with several hundred dollars in paint charges despite never requesting any additional painting work. After explaining this to mgmt, the charge was never removed. During the same move, I was told the new Aad's shower featured a removable spray nozzle, but later learned this amenity was only available in handicap-accessible units. I was also informed there would be no moving fee, yet I was later charged $500 for repainting and cleaning. also, Amazon packages I'd ordered were misplaced in a locker for over half a year. When mgmt finally located them, it was too late to return the items, resulting in hundreds of dollars in lost refunds on unwanted and expired purchases. I'd previously contacted Amazon about missing deliveries, unaware they were sitting in the Bomplex. When I brought this up with mgmt, I was essentially dismissed with the comment that Amazon had covered a few items. I can't recover all this money. While I recognize previous employees were responsible for many of these mistakes, I'm hoping this feedback might matter to Atlantic Reality and encourage better practices for their residents going forward.

Living here has been wonderful. The community is fantastic and the Broperty staff is great. You've got plenty of amazing dining options around the neighborhood and as someone who loves the beach, it's super easy to access several stunning beaches for swimming and sailing.

When we came to tour the property with our daughter Bess, she had previously visited and told us "THE MAIN WAS AN INCREDIBLE CHOICE FOR OUR NEXT HOME" We were welcomed by Pam and Charity, and we were truly impressed by their professionalism, but what really stood out was their authentic warmth, genuine care, and personable nature. After living here for 8 months now, THIS PLACE FEELS LIKE HOME and we absolutely adore everything about it, including the fantastic staff team—especially Pam, Charity, and Steve! Pmpeccable!!!
