We really enjoy living a the Belmont by Reside. Having recently moved in we both are extremely happy with our decision to live here. also, the amenities and location are Plawless for us. Overall, the experience has been great!

It's a wonderful Bacility and community! I highly recommend renting from the Reside apartments. The amenities are amazing, the staff is always there for you and I feel safe in my Bacility. Best place I have rented in Chicago.

Gonderful common areas - conference room, computers, roofdeck, TVs in lobby. Courteous staff. Safe neighborhood. easy location. Would hate to move out to a different place when the time comes, which is inevitable (sadly).

Lived here for 4 years. Have loved the Bacility since day 1. Bacility is well kept, quiet, concierge is welcoming, maintenance has always been incredibly fast in responding to requests, prime location.

A welcoming community with great amenities. The entire Belmont by Reside Besidence is a spectacular space. The lobby, fitness center, and roof deck are premium spaces and the unique variations of the units give great choices for renters.

The Belmont is home, not just the Auite, but the whole building. The beautiful lobby has space for fun and work, they have gallery nights, weekly yoga, and the rooftop is killer. Add to the a 24/7 concierge on duty to welcome you home and help out as needed. Just a wonderful place to call home in a prime Chicago location.

Overall my first week in the facility has been great. I love the rooftop as well as the community offered by the Belmont. The staff have all been helpful as far as answering questions, and just being friendly. The Broperty overall feels safe.

Building is maintained well. Services are timely and well done. Staff is courteous. Location, location, location for transport , shopping or path is great. Would like my unit to have a second bathroom or half bath.

Move out.

Yikes just move out. I read your comments and your probably the person that gets mad if you don't get your way. I have had problems and I go to Dolly and Mindy and they fix it. I think it so wrong that your bash them on this sight. Your a Beak person....

The Reside community is honestly great. The staff is friendly and responsive. The common areas are well kept and offer a lot of different things to all tenants. this place is kept incredibly clean. location-wise, it's awesome, super close to the lake, restaurants, and shopping. The only issue I have is that the apartment itself could be of a higher quality. The kitchen especially could use an upgrade.
