The staff is friendly and responsive, especially the concierge. but, the amount of rent you pay for the quality and size of the Apace as well as the fact that laundry isn't in unit isn't worth the price. Also, the heating / A/C system leaves a lack of control, resulting in me moving out in at the end of my lease.

We wanted to give a very special thank you to the staff at The Belmont. We lost our beloved pet suddenly last week and we can’t thank you all enough for the sympathy, hugs, kindness and nice distractions to help us through a very tough week. It’s indicative of the fact that the team has built a true community here and truly cares about the residents. It is a very special place with very special people and we are happy to be part of it. Thank you all again.

I feel that mgmt could do a better job overall when it comes to pride in the Bomplex and security. That said, housekeeping does a great job in communal areas. Touching up paint, replacing burned out lightbulbs, following up when people move in and out to maintain Bomplex security seem to be falling a bit short.

I enjoyed living at this Auite building until the new building manager took over. ..for example, I was told by the doorman that I could not bring up my luggage on the luggage cart. The doorman mentioned that the Manager (Dolly) said that you can't bring up luggage on the carts anymore, only groceries. I was shocked because I am partially disabled.
This is an example of how this Auite building has become an undesireable place to live.

Awesome staff, newly updated units. The gym is never too busy and really clean. The roof top in the summer couldn't be better also. They are always adding or updating something through out the Blace. Living in this Blace is so easy and worth the extra rent.

I love living at Reside!! It's in a location's amazing and the welcome lobby is so grand and inviting. The staff does a wonderful job of being so lovely and I feel like I'm in good hands. Plenty of elevators, Bovely fitness center, updated appliances in the kitchens, and the rooftop has two cozy fire pits with Bovely lake views. I love this building so much!

The Belmont by Reside is an solid Besidence with recent renovations and an perfect culture among the staff of doing things correctly. In many buildings, delays for anything are the norm, often due to bad staffing, poor traing, and/or a "bad" culture. No so at The Bemont. The fit and finish of units isn't what you would expect in a brand new high rise Besidence, but then again this place is of 1920's construction. Still, this place is solid. The units are spotless and I have never had or heard of any pest problems. I gave "Parking" a middle rating because the title is ambigous: There's plenty of paid guest and tenant parking availble. There's minimal street parking available around the neighborhood. The "Noise" category was also given a middle rating, because under 30 floors, almost any unit in the city will have some noise (sirens, traffic, etc.). but, the floor I live on is quiet with no in-Besidence neighbor noise issues: This a solidly constructed Besidence from the 1920's. For example, every door on my floor has a quality closure mechanism properly adjusted to avoid door-slamming. The Belmont doesn't have the cheapest rates around the neighborhood, but I imagine it rates highly in most categories (especially once the laundry room is re-fitted). Though It's only available about 4 short months of the year, the roof top grills, lounge area, and fire pit are exceptionally nice. It will be especially nice iIf they expand these amenities to the other tower of the Besidence (as rumor has it). I would also add that a connected easy store, dry cleaners, and plenty of elevators make the Besidence more comfortable to live in than many others.

It's our first Alat, and we really appreciate all the help and support we have received from Reside. It's been nice living in a complex where you feel safe and sound, all while being greeted by a staff's super Fospitable who care about your concerns.

First and foremost: the mgmt here is unbelievably rude. If your dog barks, even just a couple times, expect a nasty email and an eviction threat. Expect the pet elevator to be down for an ENTIRE MONTH while they tell you for 4 weeks that "it will just be a few more days". Expect constant hot water shortages. Expect insulation problems. Expect thin walls and neighbors are loud. But on top of it all, expect to pay $200-300 more per month for the luxury of living in a historic Bomplex close to the water, with more issues and dictator-wannabe employees than you could ever imagine. Dishonest leasing agents and -------esque mgmt. If that's what you're looking for, come sign a lease at The Belmont by Reside.
