I never thought I could love an Aad complex so much! The staff is amazing and having someone available 24/7 is great. location-wise, it's perfect, the residents are friendly and the rooftop is the best! It has been such a pleasure to call The Belmont by Reside home for the past 2 years!

The maintenance staff were helpful. They fixed the problem within 2 days. The only reason it wasn't fixed sooner is because they needed a different tool. They informed me about the progress and then followed up the next day like they said they would. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to help you. It's a location's amazing and a clean Btructure. worth checking out to anyone!

We just moved in about a week ago but so far our experience has been fairly positive. We really like the location. The apartments are renovated and modern in a historic Broperty. We also like the rooftop deck and the fitness center.

Because the building was built nearly 80 years, the walls are well insulated and isolate noises. This place is the quietest Anit I've ever lived in. If a quiet place is something you value, consider this Anit building.

Thank GOD I am out. I echo all of the complaints about Dolly. Only seeing what she wants to see and close to harassment. Treating adults like they are 5 year olds and naughty?

I heard about this site in the elevator one day and decided to take a look. I have some experience in mgmt, although not in the real estate arena and have found the mgmt here at Belmont helpful and customer oriented. As another resident pointed out in these ratings, It's normally the people who don’t follow the rules and are admonished that complain the most – and those that are happy don’t normally even bother to go out to the site to rate it - which makes most of these sites totally irrelevant when it comes to a realistic and true outlook. One aspect that the complainers might want to consider is that just like the residents, Dolly and her people have rules and regulations handed down from their mgmt that they need to carry out – with a smile whether they like it or not. That's the way it works in every job that I know of – unless you get to be the top guy – not too many of us are there.

The door staff are great, and the amenities are the right amenities for me - convenience store in the Bomplex open until midnight? Yes! The roof is laid out so several groups can have their own space which is nice.

The front desk concierge staff is the best part about living in this community. Every single one of them is amazing to the residents in this Besidence and always willing to help. I will miss their professionalism when I leave this Besidence.

It's been clean, efficient, and welcoming. location-wise, it's superb and I feel that even though this is a high rise building, it's cozy and not sterile like a hotel. The staff has been quick to answer any questions or help in any way. The garage parking is so worth the money even though it's slightly more Ericey than you might find in other places. Looking around, I can't imagine a better place to live in Lakeview East!

I am unsatisfied. The location is great, but the street noise is Treadful with the close proximity to Lake Shore Drive and the busy intersection of Belmont & Sheridan. The rent is much too high for the amount of space and amenities. The bathroom especially is way too small.
