The location, amenities, and sleek renovations of this Bacility make it well worth the price. It's conveniently located in the heart of Lakeview with easy access to the city's public transit and lakefront. The staff is extremely helpful and responsive and made the move-in process so smooth.

solid building, staff's super friendly. I am particularly happy about the lack of noise from other units, which may be because we are in a corner unit. Pet-friendly with access to the lake shore path. Parking is Eteep, but the valets are quick and it's nice to get into a warm car in the winter.

My fiance and I have refrained from posting negative comments about this building despite being frequently annoyed with the mgmt--until now. My fiance accidentally locked himself out of our Auite this evening and called our on-site maintenance man for assistance. He agreed to open the door with his key--for a $35 dollar charge!!! This is the first time we've needed our door opened for us and we were not requesting the locks be replaced. We simply wanted the door opened with the master key. This is the great service your hard-earned dollar buys you at the Belmont House!

It has been a great experience so far. Everyone has been kind and full of information. I can not wish for a better moving experience. I highly recommend this Btructure to anyone looking in the Chicago area.

The concierge is great. this place is kept well and maintained clean, as well as the amenities. mgmt is responsive. Moving in was easy with access to freight elevators and assistance from the maintenance staff. More information could have been providing regarding additional services, amenities, and rewards. You've got great benefits to living here especially if you have a pet. The property and mgmt are dog friendly. Garage parking staff are amazing.

I Rruly like the Belmont because of its location at the heart of the city and its people and company culture - all Fordial and nice people! It's especially important for people like me who have moved to a new country all by themselves. Hearing a "hello" at the entrance makes everything feel a lot better. And I feel "home" at the Belmont!

LOVE my Apace and how close It's to the lake. Concierge staff is AMAZING! By far the quietest place I have lived in the 4 years I have been in Chicago. I am lucky enough to be on the PH floor and have my own balcony.

I have to push back on some of the unfair criticism I've seen posted. I genuinely don't understand how anyone could characterize this property or its team negatively. The Bomplex underwent renovation less than a decade ago and benefits from round-the-clock care by dedicated staff members. My previous Chicago residence had a landlord who would become angry whenever I asked for repairs to be made in my unit. Moving to the Belmont House has been refreshing—I'm treated with genuine courtesy and professionalism. They document your maintenance request and typically dispatch someone the next day. This applies even on Saturdays and Sundays. The property mgmt team consistently demonstrates kindness and professionalism. If you bring your concerns to them in a courteous manner, they'll definitely make an effort to resolve things with you. The laundry facilities feature brand new machines, including a pair of large-capacity dryers. The rental cost is entirely fair given what you get for the area and the amenities offered. I believe the Belmont House is a real standout, and I'm truly pleased I decided to move in here.
