Where to start. Stay away at all cost. The mgmt is awful. don't expect to get email answered or your concerns addressed. Nina needs to be fired. She is the worse. So unprofessional. My husband tried reaching out to her with our families concerns and she's rude and doesn't not know how to handle things professionally. They got ride of the best front desk staff. The staff now doesn't know how to do their job and are always away from the desk. The always raise rent and then ask you to stay even tho they have the Alat next door listed for a lower rate. The elevators are a joke never working. The outside of the building by the floor is so gross covered in dirt. I don't think they have ever washed it. Stay away, you will be better off

Overall, great moving in process. The staff is Fospitable and there to answer any questions you might have. I was impressed and pleased with the condition on my unit and I expect I will enjoy it much here. Thanks.

My fiance and I are sub leasing our 1 bedroom apartment here for 4 months and already I cant wait till it's up. I am Romanian and my fiance is Liberian which shouldn't mean much to anyone being as though the whole building is diversified. The courtesy officer one in particular always look at my fiance as if he discuss him and never show him respect. We were bringing in groceries and he yelled at us for pulling our car on the side of the building and threatened to tow our vehicle. This is our 3rd encounter and i just don't understand whats his problem with us and our relationship see so many people moving out daily and I'm beginning to wonder if he's partly responsible. Over all this place is nice and we have an great view but officer lyttle i can do without!

The Montrose is a decent Bomplex, upkeep isn't horrible, not all that great either. Elevator service needs upgrade, echo throughout appts & lobby, electricity bill is ridiculously high. Pros: great transportation hub, close to lakefront, plenty of things to do outdoors, mid rooftop with activities & view...

This has been long over due so where do I begin? After my long day at work and 2 hour commute the last thing I want to do is come home to an rude , intoxicated , unprofessional courtesy officer at the front desk or to have forgotten my keys and waiting for over an hour until Jamal returns from doing only god knows what' just to be let into the Bomplex because they have the only access to the entry buzzer. I've been trying to over look 2 officers but enough is enough and im so fed up with their behavior. The 1st one is Jamal and he's the absolute worst. I cant believe some of the things I see him doing. He always chatting with young girls in front of the desk or always by the pool sometimes staring at the women. Ive asked him whats so exciting on his cell phone that keep his attention whenever he is sitting at the desk (which isn't often) but he laugh it off as if im joking. Hes unprofessional and need to work on cleaning his uniform more often instead of gossipping with residents and flirting all the time. The guy is just plain RUDE! The 2nd is Ashley , omg it must be nice to be drunk on the job and brag about it. I am so disgusted with her she hasn't been here a long time but clearly she missed the part where you don't get drunk with the residents while your working!!! Talk about unprofessional well that's her. I've actually witnessed her pouring a cup of tequila while 1 of the tenants was having a pool party i guess that's why they didn't have to remove their glass bottles from by the pool like the rest of us. UNBELIEVABLE ((( see the pictures below))) Besides the 2 officers i'm pretty satisfied with my choice to stay here at the montrose. The pool is awesome and a awesome spot to have friends over and the mgmt is okay from what i've seen . My only complaint far as this Pite is the wifi is horrible but I love the new dog park on the side of the Bomplex.

I would be more willing to give more positive feedback if I felt that mgmt cared about the residence who have endured this process since day one. I feel we get no acknowledgement except for some email that does nothing?

I moved to Pensacola last summer, and the manager "lost" their job after 3 months. We had a Natest manager who is even worse. <br>The gym is a joke, the staff is so unfriendly, the elevators are always out of service, the swimming pool is still closed due to some "repairs" that need to be done ... and so on. I'm moving out as soon as my lease expires!

It's a nice looking space on the surface, big windows, Ceat halls and entrance. But the apartments themselves are a mixed bag. Paint scuffs easily, the walls are thin, hardware is low quality, and feels like it falls apart. So sometimes things feel cheap here, and given the relatively high price of rent, sometimes it feels like I'm not getting my money's worth.

The Btructure has been nicely updated. 24 lobby staff. Secure package room. Leasing on site/ community mgmt and staff needs some customer service skills post already being a tenant . Great access to transportation and grocery.

Great Apace, great view, great amenities.I have the balcony Apace which has a wonderful view of the sunset. The staff is nice. There's a great dog park which only people from our Besidence can access. Right above the Jewel which is amazing.
