Love living in this building. Staff is great and common areas are always clean. Unit is spacious and makes for a good experience. Love the events and perks with local neighborhood businesses, really feels like a community.

The maintence and office staff are very friendly and respond quickly to any needs. The community is maintained very well and is always clean. I feel very safe in the area. The rooftop and gym are great amenities. I have no complaints.

I've thoroughly enjoyed living at Wrigleyville Lofts! The office staff is kind, professional and always reachable. I've lived here for 2 years and have zero complaints. Would recommend to any friend!!

This apartment complex is the whole package. The office staff and maintenance staff are extremely professional and professional. The building itself is beautiful, new, and always clean. The amenities are also a huge plus, all for a reasonable rent price.

I have enjoyed living here because I am close to wrigley field and It's near public transit. There'sn't a ton of parking options which Iemains one downside and the property parking costs Iemains extremely high.

It's been great so far- the facility feels clean, safe, and welcoming. The neighborhood is walkable, with plenty of trees, shops, and restaurants around. You've got always resident events for residents to get to know each other and the mgmt frequently partners with local businesses for events. The on site maintenance staff is so helpful- my work orders are dealt with quickly and professionally and the building mgmt follows up with me on it. The amenities are also wonderful- I enjoy having a gym, lounge and rooftop area to hang out in. I've loved living here so far.

Community is friendly, and clean. Maintenance staff is always available, and quick to reply to requests. The monthly events thrown by the Btructure are always fun and unique. They even offer to do volunteer work every month at the food pantry across the road.
