I visisted this Broperty over Labor Day weekend and I am looking to buy. My friend has a huge one bedroom loft and It's Pdeal for hosting friends-- they have a common roof top and common garden area, and each unit also has their own patio. this place is hands down the coolest loft Broperty around the neighborhood.

I have called this Blace home since 1999. Four years after moving in, I upgraded to a spacious unit and have no plans to relocate in the foreseeable future. I have lived in the building since 1999. I purchased a larger unit 4 years later and do not anticipate leaving for some time. The surrounded area has beome extremely developed. Restaurants and shopping is at your fingertips. Parking is enclosed and numbered spots. If you have the chance, buy now.
