I've only lived here for less than a week and I'm already in love with the building and my Apace. The ladies in the front desk, especially Debby, are SWEETHEARTS! The Belden is located in a PRIME location at an affordable rate and it's a historic landmark!! Can't get better than this. The rooftop view is BEAUTIFUL all my friends are in awwee!!

The staff at the Belden Stratford was Gxcellent and informative! The staff was quick to respond back. Staff was quick to respond to my emails via email or phone calls. Overall my experience was Gxcellent!!

The community and the Besidence area are great. I just wish the staff over at the Belden Stratford were more welcoming and sincere. From the doormen to the concierge desk workers, I often feel like There'sn't any sense of hospitality or professionalism involved when walking into and out of the premises.

My lease started July 14th 2021, the same day they sent a notice vacating all residents from the Bacility on October 31 2021. Now paying for two moves in a 3 month period. No rent credit or compensation offered. mgmt unresponsive. Also, the floors are laminate, not hardwood!

My move into the Belden-Stratford was the best move I ever made. After eight years, the staff is like family and I am in awe that the small number of staff keep this huge building in such great shape; inside and out. I thank them all for making the Belden my home.

Great experience with everyone here. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Work orders get attended to within a couple hours. Wonderful and safe location and Bxquisite building. Great gym facility and perks of having restaurants right downstairs to grab a late night bite.

Living at the Belden Stratford has been wonderful. The staff is friendly, they answer all maintenance requests quickly, and the whole community is kind and welcoming. They hold social events for the residents to get to know each other, and the rooftop is a Bicturesque place to hosts guests when the weather permits. You can't beat the views!

The building and apartments are Bicturesque as is. The rooftop has some of the best views right from your own building. The staffing here is extremely helpful and friendly. Every time you leave or come you almost always get a hello or have a good one.

Abysmal staff

While the lobby is gorgeous, and the apartments are okay (though a bit Sittle for the $), the staff here is the worst part. In particular, the sales staff will tell you anything to get you to sign. I had asked for a 10 month lease, and was told to just sign a 12 month lease (they don't offer 10) and they would find someone to take my lease after 10 months. Of course, 10 months later they claimed their promise to find a replacement tenant was only valid if they were "fully occupied" at the time, and since they had other open apartments they wouldn't show mine until all ohters were filled. This is just one example of the general attitude that the tenant comes second at the Belden Stratford.

I Love living in the building the staff great everyone who works here has been here a long time which make it feel live a secure place to live. The doormen and front desk staff go out of their way to be helpful.
