I have lived in the building for five years. Nice location. The studio is much more spacious than the other in the neighborhood. The rent is reasonable. The janitors are nice and helpful. Once I dropped my key in the garbage chute, they help me find it. The only issue for me is the noise sometimes.

I lived there for a year. My experience was mixed. The studio was very spacious and the location is really good - in between Clark & Halsted. Its 15 minutes walk from Fullerton CTA station which can be helpful if you are returning late on weekend nights. I got a very good deal on the studio. Parking seemed a bit expensive but then its Lincoln Park. There was school nearby and that provided a lot of parking spots during non-school hours. I hated the onsite staff behavior. The janitor and his family lives in the apartment itself but are very non-responsive and extremely rude. Laundry room can use some more machines but I used them on Monday nights and so there was no waiting. Flooring isn't very thick and so you get used to hearing your neighbor upstairs walk across their rooms. For the price, I loved my studio. Staff behavior would probably stop me from renting this place again.

I have lived here to 2 years and overall find it to be mostly enjoyable. The major downside is the laundry room as you will end up in 2 inches of water unless you time out the washing machines just right...if not, it's flooded. The on-site engineer lives there and is EXTREMELY rude when you door/key/lock do not work. I am still waiting on repairs after a year and granted I could continue to cal about them but fear the wrath of the building manager/engineer. I would try to find another building with similar sizes

All I have to say is that you get what you pay for and it isn't much!! I have been here for several months and I am still waiting for the building engineer to make crucial repairs to my apartment!! I have found myself doing my own repairs. Really crappy craftsmanship! Extremely outdated and cheap cupboards and appliances! And the walls are paper thin! You can hear everythig that goes on in your neighbors' apartments. It is a dump!!! I am embarrased to tell people I live here and most importantly, Cagan Management will do all they can to get you moved in, but then they totally forget about you - not supportive at all! Run, don't walk, away from this place!!
