Elevar has been a wonderful home for us. We've only lived here for a year, but we're hoping to stay indefinitely. team 's great and responsive. building feels contemporary and well-maintained. Any problems get resolved quickly and the neighborhood 's ideal for us.

Elevate is a newly constructed Broperty that's excellently outfitted, situated in a wonderful area with easy public transportation options. The parking area provides a secure feeling, You've got quality dining establishments in the vicinity, and you'll find a Whole Foods just two blocks away near the Red/Brown/Purple line station.

The entire team is always helpful and very responsive. Every time there was an issue, it was resolved quickly without any trouble. The concierge team is great as well, they make me feel secure, maintain a high visibility profile, and handle all of my issues in a timely manner.

Elevate is the perfect place to live! Terrific location in Lincoln Park near restaurants, green space, bars and shops. Very safe with great access to public transportation and a quick walk to the beach!

I toured the building for 2 beds. The apartments are deceptively small with odd non-functional floor plans. Many apartments face the train which picks up a lot of noise. The rooftop pool is probably 10 sq ft. The train is loud and its a train line that runs 24/7.

Overall a wonderful building. The apartments are great. The views are second to none. I find the staff largely very friendly and helpful. The amenity space is clean and well appointed. The gym is convenient. The neighborhood is hard to beat. Very pet friendly. I’ve been here for 2 1/2 years and really have had zero complaints.

Living at Elevate has been a fantastic experience thus far - the grounds are kept very clean, the building is very secure, friendly staff and residents, attentive maintenance, great amenity spaces, and quiet living spaces! Not to mention the apartment is in an excellent location - could not recommend more!

Im moving when my lease is up 9-18-2021 I saw the apartment via zoom and when I moved in I didnt realize I was directly on Lincoln avenue with the light post that shines into the master bedroom. The apartment is lovely with the large terrace and Ive enjoyed that. The concierges Vincent, Heidi and Johnny are wonderful.
