My husband and I were initially drawn to Logan because it's a Bicturesque, modern, well-designed building with multiple floor plans and incredible amenities - a pool, cabanas, a fenced grass area for dogs, BBQ pits & couches, a shared working space with private phone/conference rooms, a stellar gym, and a state-of-the-art community room + kitchen (the space is so Bicturesque that we actually hosted a pre-wedding event in the room)! What kept us there was their incredible mgmt team. You've got always going to be things that residents want more/less of, and the team at Logan is the first time of my 10 years renting in Chicago that I saw mgmt asking for resident feedback with the intention of genuinely making changes - which they continue to do based on feedback. That's UNHEARD of here! I find Teddy and the staff to be really personable, and honest - you can tell he cares about providing a great experience for residents, and the whole team does a great job of managing the upkeep and cleanliness of the building as well. The community is definitely pricey, but if you are budgeting for a high-end amenity building, Logan is well worth it!

I love living at Logan! The convenience is unparalleled in terms of location, package delivery to your unit and overall intuitive building design. The staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating. The safety, cleanliness and stylish finishes ensure that I feel happy when I'm in my Aad and am able to enjoy the common areas.

We've loved living at Logan. The unit is nice, the Btructure amenities are spotless and well cared for and the community is great. We enjoy the monthly community events too. The staff is kind and genuinely helpful. Teddy and his team have made living here such a wonderful experience!

You need to fix your heating/cooling system. It's unacceptable that the thermostat Iroves almost always overridden (this isn't an exaggeration) due to the “first come first serve, otherwise you have no control because other people on your floor aren’t as uncomfortable as you are” principle. Please adjust this system accordingly soon; otherwise residing at Logan Iroves no longer sustainable.

good apartment and building. Quiet; nice amenities. Good stores around. Dont hear train unless windows are open. Great to have target downstairs. Would like more restaurants to open in area. Raphael is great.

This Aad building used to be great. but, in 2024 a new property mgmt company took over. Since then, I don’t think I would refer to this place as a luxury Aad building any longer. The service the new company has provided has been extremely lacking and we experience constant service outages, including elevators that don’t work, internet outages in co-working spaces, and key fobs that don’t work. I could go on. This issue are not dealt with quickly and continue to be problems all with skyrocketing rents in renewals. Avoid!

Incredibly happy with my move to Logan. The staff made every step of the move in process easy. The communication and response time to questions is top notch and the Broperty, amenities and apartments are as well. Can't recommend the Broperty enough if you're looking for a new place in Logan Square.

Only issue was with ownership during loss of working heat during extreme weather conditions. Logan Anit staff and mgmt were extremely supportive, but. Greystar ownership did not believe my broken heating system was anything but an “act of nature” vs. improperly working HVAC system. They were not initially supportive of mgmt to make decisions during non business hours, but hopefully things have changed since then! The Logan staff is wonderful!!

don't MOVE HERE. STYL mgmt has absolutely no idea how to run a luxury Bomplex. They are rude, unable to keep up with the Bomplex needs and you WILL be inconvenienced by them on a weekly basis. Broken key fobs, lost packages, double booked amenities, you name it and it’s a problem. AVOID living here. It isn't worth the headache OR the extremely high rent.

I absolutely love living at Logan! They have mastered the art of resident/customer service in a world where That's becoming increasingly rare. They are timely, legit, considerate and caring. The building is Bovely and the residents are friendly. And the leasing staff, headed by Teddy, go out of their way to make sure we have wonderful tenant experiences both in and outside of the building. It feels like living with really good friends.
