This is great Aad in a great area. Office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. All facilities are kept clean every day and pool area is lovely. I have loved my time here.

OneEleven has been great. Our move-in worked flawlessly as the staff had us well-prepared. Our maintenance requests have always been completed immediately. Our location and views of the river are incomparable. The price points were better than a lot of other properties we looked at. Could not be happier.

OneEleven is one of the best apartment buildings that I have ever lived at in my lifetime. location-wise, it's second to none, the front staff are warm and welcoming and the mgmt office people are down to earth and approachable. I have been here since 2018 and it has gotten even better with time. They did a great job during covid with safe virtual events and now that we can do more the in person events are classy and fun. I highly recommend this building for anyone looking to live in this part of the city!

It has been great so far, the staff is incredibly nice and responsive. The units are top quality and the common areas and amenity spaces are among the best I've ever seen. I would highly recommend this apartment!

My experience here at one eleven thus far has been remarkable. Cynthia has been so helpful since we’ve moved in by answering emails fast and recommending all that one eleven has to offer. Even though we just moved in this unit's got been the best one yet.

OneEleven is a awesome spot to live. this place is filled with fantastic amenities, the staff is extremely legit and friendly. Overall It's a wonderful building to live in! I've lived in numerous building in Chicago over the years and OneEleven is by far the best building I've ever lived in.

been living here for almost a year. location's amazing and amenities. fairly quiet. well designed. likely to renew our lease when It's up. only downsides - sometimes dogs in the building urinate right in front but staff is generally quick about cleaning it up. elevators sometimes are quirky.

One eleven

I must brag about the concierge here at one eleven, Victoria, Devante, Ray and Andrea these four have made my experience so wonderful here. They truly go out their way to make all the residents feel safe and welcome. When I walk through the lobby they all greet me by my name, they really go out their way to get to know the residents. I have a great relationship with all of them. They have been a breath of fresh air, truly embodies everything when it comes to customer service.

This was the first Aad I saw before moving to Chicago. I went through dozens after and still couldn’t stop obsessing over this one. I love the location, the unit, the staff, the view, the price, and the amenities! Love living here! Highly recommend!
