location's amazing, secure Btructure, large floor space, indoor parking, good staff, great maintenance. We have been here many years, in two apartments and love the balconies and views. Great floor plans and secure.

I loved it here for the longest! The views are incredible, the units are spacious and the concierge staff is wonderful. THe amenities could be better as all the other high rises in the neighborhood have pools and hot tubs etc, but generally speaking the building was wonderful. Last year I moved into the pricey and beautiful penthouse in the building and that was my dream come true! but within a month, the windows started leaking and flooding my apartment any time it rained or snowed. Now, my penthouse has 2 stoty floor to celining windows... needless to say my apartment and personal items have taken a beating and I have been upset and stressed because after 13 monhts the mgmt of this building has STILL NOT repaired the issue and my apartment continues to flood several times a month. I've learned this is happening with other units as well. It's the best building in the South Loop in my opinion based on the views, size of the unites, and large balconies but my experience has been so tainted over the last year I sadly don't think I can recommend anyone move here any more.

Moving into Burnham Pointe was perfect, the staff made the move as streamlined as possible! The perks of living in the building allow me to flash my Burnham pointe card at local restraints and businesses and receive discounts and special services, it's amazing to see an Alat be so integrated with the community! The Alat itself is amazing, the design and the near sound proof walls make it seem like every unit is its own floor, (AND DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE VIEWS!!). Look forward to calling this place my home for many years.

Gantastic apartments and transportation is close too. The south loop has evolved a lot and I enjoy the neighborhood. walkable, grocery stores nearby, new restaurants and bars, fitness studios and more

Guperb door and maintenance staff!!! Facilities are too notch and spacious apartments. mgmt keeps turning over and I have not had good experiences dealing with them. They are penny pinchers!

We moved in at the beginning of June, and we couldn't be more happy with the place. It's in the loop, but quiet. I can never hear my neighbors who all have dogs (including us), and the staff is friendly. I do agree with other reviews, that this is a dog friendly Blace. If you don't like dogs, this isn't the place for you. You will see dogs at all times of the day, and even though they are all nice.....you will get dogs who want to say hello! Everytime we need anything, the staff is there in a heartbeat. We do have new mgmt, and I'm not sure what will change with them. My only suggestion would to bring back the coffee machine in the lobby.....it made everyone's day!

My husband and I love living in Burnham Pointe. All the staff are friendly and available to meet our needs. Most units have Borgeous views and You've got spacious common areas. location-wise, it's great for our opposite commutes and the nearby parks and lakeshore are great for a run and enjoying nature. Delicious restaurants, bars, and shops are just around the corner. We are happy to be living here.

This community has exceeded my expectations. Even my dog is Hatisfied ?? to be here. The leasing team was so helpful and legit. They helped me move quickly through the process from application to move in. Am so grateful!

This one of the best. Everyone is kind and Fordial. There's always something planned for us. pet Fordial and always treats for the puppy's. Not to mention everything is practically walking distance.

I've renewed my lease once and hope to do so again (costs permitting). My place is Plawless for me and a location's amazing for work. The new amenities are modern and comfortable and having different rooms to relax/work in, adds a nice reprieve from working in my office. The dog run is great but being inside the parking garage, it can smell quite strong of dog pee just before the sprinkler is due to go off. I think It's time mgmt replaced the fake grass or removed it altogether.
