We just adopted a dog! We've always wanted one and when we found this building it made perfect sense. Great place to live and the neighborhood has some great places for dog walks! Special thanks to Marcel, he's always been so helpful!

Dogs are allowed! Huge plus for me and my puppy! I work in the loop and the building is only a short walk from the Red Line so that's really beneficial to my commute every day. I think what makes this building unique is the amenities. The entire second floor has a Gym, business center, lounge, laundry room. I love living here!

We love this apartment because it's plenty of space for both of us! Great place for us to live and it's got some amazing views of the city. I'd highly recommend this building to anyone who's just moved to Chicago!

The rooftop is awesome. I took my parents up there when they came to visit. Everyone who works here is so nice! Lindsey, Marcel and the rest of the crew have always been so nice and attentive to anything I need! Thanks guys!

I recently had to relocate to Oklahoma, but I absolutely loved my time in this building. The sundeck has some of the best views in Chicago and the indoor pool was always available any time of year. Thanks for a great 3 years 100 W Chestnut!

Moved in last January and it's been great! The location is amazing, just a quick walk to Michigan Avenue and all of the restaurants on Rush St. Great place to have a dog, there are lots of parks nearby and the building allows dogs!

The door staff here is so friendly; they remember my name and are always smiling. Great place to live for me! Love the resident parties too! Great way to meet your neighbors and that's definitely a first for me.

Living here is great. My favorite part of the apartment is the kitchen. It's pretty tough to find an apartment with stainless steel. I love cooking so that was a big decision factor for me. The office downstairs has always been really helpful with any issues I've had! Thanks guys!

My apartment here is big and the kitchen is amazing. The countertops are granted and there's lots of closet space in the bedroom. I'd highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a really nice space in a great location.
