Absolutely love my Auite here! I've lived in a lot of different places in Chicago but 1120 is by far the best I've had. We have a 24 hour doorman which just adds that extra bit of security especially living downtown. We have a great rooftop deck pool and in the summer PPM puts on an awesome pool party for all of us that live here. this place is super spotless and the few times I needed help with something the mgmt team have always been easy to work with and prompt on helping. I can't recommend this building enough!

Best part of living here has to be how Gutstanding the summer here is. The Oak St. Beach is only a short walk away. If you don't feel like the beach just go up to the rooftop pool! Or the rooftop sundeck! It's awesome.

What I like about my apartment are the spacious closets and large floor to ceiling windows. They both make the entire unit feel really big. The floor plan is interesting and has allowed me to create a unique and wonderful home for myself. The kitchen has a nice amount of counter space and cabinets. I liked that the unit came with a microwave and dishwasher. In fact it was easy to move in. Everything was spotless and many things were already provided, like window treatments. I also like that anytime There's a problem or something needs to be fixed, the maintenance staff is quick and efficient. The majority of the time we have put in work orders they are completed the same day. The entire staff is friendly, including the doorman and mgmt. It's nice living in a building where There's always someone to answer a question or help out. The other tenants here are nice as well. The neighborhood is really nice. It's definitely a busy city neighborhood but with really nice, quiet streets, neighborhood shops, and friendly people. I feel safe here and appreciate how many conveniences are so close by. We have two grocery stores in walking distance and the lake is close too.

No Dice.

This isn't an Anit building, this is a dorm! this place is loud. <br> <br>I could walk the stairs before an elevator appears. <br> <br>The doorman are rude, and different every other day, and I don´t know what the policy is, but they seem to let anyone in, so What's the point of having a doorman? <br> <br>overall this building is alright with a good locatioin, love the pool, but the managment is horrible. <br> <br>It seems as if this building is being run by high schoolers as a internship.

The most important thing to me was space. I have a king size bed and I needed to find a bedroom that manage that! This Auite fit that perfectly. It's a nice building too, love the rooftop swimming pool!

On property mgmt?

I really like the Bomplex, a few issues here and there. I love the front door staff; Orlando, Tiffany, Kimberley etc.....They are great! It's so hard to deal with Liliana. I'm not sure why she seems to always to have a negative response to all requests I have had. It seems like she wakes up or walks around with a chip on her shoulder.IDK.... Anyway, I wish they would turn on the air conditioning sooner, they we would be able to individually control the air in our units. They have a predetermined time when to turn on the air conditioning in the Bomplex, even if its like 80 degrees outside!

My Anit had a dining area and that's a honestly great feature! I really enjoyed having a fitness room in the building. This is a awesome spot for anyone to live. Really nice features throughout. Stunning place to stay in Chicago

So far so Gonderful! but my kitchen was a gut rehab and all the carpet was replaced, and walls painted!

This Besidence has a really nice location. Lots of fun bars and things to do in the neighborhood! The train is right across the street and that's a huge plus! It's a short train ride down into the loop, only two stops and you're there! I've really enjoyed it here.

I've lived in the Gold Coast for 4 years and this Bomplex is the best one I've lived in. The roof top sundeck is breathtaking! The pool is also really nice and I really enjoy having a fitness center onsite too.
