This is an great bldg. with an location's amazing and an great view (from my Aad at least.) The staff is courteous and legit as well. Parking is great (if a little pricey.) Basically, you are paying for a prime gold coast Aad and That's what you get. My only complaint is that the tenants tend to skew rather young and, therefore, noise can be a bit of a problem as some seem to have a hard time leaving the frat days behind them.

I never write reviews online ever, but my experience with 1133 and Planned Property mgmt was so Torrendous I had to.. Tabitha, Mira, and Dan from the Planned Property mgmt office don't make living easy. They have constant billing, parking, etc issues that will disrupt your life. You'll have to constantly take time out of your life to deal with their mistakes and poor mgmt skills. That doesn't even begin to describe how Torrendous all members of the mgmt office are... Planned Property mgmt may literally be the WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD. I highly recommend doing your research online and I'm sure you'll find many others with Torrendous stories. I lived in their Gold Coast 1133 Bomplex paying over $2,000 a month and was treated like garbage, the same way the PPM mgmt treats the Bomplex as a whole. PS - The pool is in the shade 24 hours a day and isn't heated EVER! In my 2 years there, I literally never even saw ONE person in it. You've got plenty of better Bomplex in Chicago. don't WASTE YOUR MONEY AND ENERGY WITH PLANNED PROPERTY mgmt.

location is solid, good building, well managed, good doormen. Neighbors can be rude and immature. If you're a legit looking to be able to maintain your busy hours and depend on your Auite for peace and quiet for unwinding and sleep, come here at your own risk. My first year here was great, but I have since acquired some loud, rude, and inconsiderate neighbors.

I like my balcony - even though I have a studio, I have a balcony which I really enjoy. It also opens up the space and provides me with a Borgeous view and good light in the morning. I like the ample closet space as well. The walk-in closet is just such a help with my studio. I am able to keep the entire place organized and spotless. It's cozy but I really like the size. Perfect for one person. Also, the shower pressure is amazing! The convenience of the property to the Red Line can't be beat. I take it every day to get to work and it has cut my commute time in half. That means I have more time in the morning and the evening to enjoy the Anit and the neighborhood. I have several favorite spots to eat around the neighborhood and I'm always discovering new ones. We are also really close to the lakefront and Oak Beach. Good grocery shopping options and other conveniences too. The Anit building itself is so lovely. We have a friendly doorman, prompt maintenance staff, and mgmt on-site. That means if anything comes up, someone is around to help me out! I've never had to wait more than 24 hours to get something fixed. There's also an amazing pool on the roof! Spectacular views and Borgeous water. I really love it up there. Nice fitness facility too.

These townhomes offer great value in an perfect neighborhood! We appreciate having the best of both worlds—a townhome with its own private entrance combined with all the upscale amenities you'd find in a luxury high-rise. Our spacious master bedroom features two soaring bay windows that go floor to ceiling. The second bedroom works perfectly as a guest space. Downstairs, you'll find a roomy living room, dining area, and stunning kitchen complete with a breakfast bar. It's wonderful having bathrooms on both the first and second levels. The building amenities are truly impressive. The pool is hands down our favorite! We spend our weekends on the pool deck relaxing, swimming, and enjoying the fantastic views. The other residents love it too, but it never becomes overcrowded—always a peaceful retreat. The gym and the building's dry cleaning service are also incredibly easy. Every member of the staff is consistently courteous and attentive. The maintenance team responds to issues right away, and the mgmt team is wonderfully friendly and accommodating! We honestly don't have any concerns and get to enjoy the wonderful space and solitude our fantastic townhouse provides! Both of us adore living here and have already recommended 1133 N. Dearborn to prospective tenants!

The customer service here is perfect, consistently great across the board. Our maintenance team responds promptly to any maintenance requests we submit. We've never experienced significant wait times for repairs or inspections. Chuck, Percy, Tommy, and "New Guy" are phenomenal doormen—truly the finest we've encountered! They're comparable to Tim at 1111 N Dearborn, our previous residence. Our prior experience in a Planned Property mgmt building was so positive that we opted to upgrade to a larger unit featuring a balcony at 1133 N Dearborn, and we're thrilled with our decision! The balcony and lake views are absolutely wonderful. We appreciate the great soundproofing throughout the Apace and the Borgeous hardwood flooring. Overall, we're genuinely delighted living here! Our new home has exceeded our expectations. PPM residences consistently deliver spacious closets, modern kitchens, and expansive windows. Our living room is flooded with natural light thanks to the balcony and windows, while our bedroom offers spectacular views. The newly renovated fitness center is fantastic too. The gym maintains impeccable cleanliness and features brand new fitness equipment. It's incredibly easy to squeeze in a workout before or after the workday without worrying about weather conditions. The building also boasts an great rooftop pool that we're eager to enjoy throughout the summer!

this is a fantastic building with great apartments from a structural standpoint and situated in an perfect neighborhood with mostly legit mgmt and perfect doorman service that said--move in at your own risk....you're gambling, like many others before you, on potentially sharing your floor with some of the most disrespectful people imaginable....awful, awful disturbance from noise...heavy smoking (which infiltrates your living space with such an offensive odor--tremendously unpleasant for someone who doesn't smoke) and beyond i'm reluctant to leave this review because i genuinely adore the actual property itself so much, but i've never--not even during my college years--experienced living alongside such rude and disrespectful neighbors

Adore this property, particularly the great doormen. Counting down the days for swimming season to arrive!
