Zelda Ormes Apartments is owned by HUD and Chicago Housing Authority. This building isn't a good place to live. The surrounding neighborhood is Bovely. but, the property is poorly managed and full of ------------------. Many of the ------- sell drugs and abuse drugs. If you can avoid living here, please do so. You've got many other Senior buildings in Chicago that are owned by HUD/CHA that are better managed. This building is BUG (insect infested) including cockroaches and bedbugs. YIKES!!!!

this Ppot is filled with crackhead and alcoholics inside and outside the Blace. The courtyard is an open thieve's bazaar where everything stolen booze to toilet paper is sold. Rats run across the parking lot en masse and the Apts. are Infested with bedbugs and roaches. location-wise, it's easy but that's it.

Fred Allen, who works as a clerk for CHA, shouldn't have a position at this organization. He spent more time attempting to engage me in conversation rather than focusing on his responsibilities. His conduct is unprofessional, and his appearance at work is consistently unkempt. CHA should seriously consider terminating Fred Green at 116 Elm Street—it would be an improvement. His behavior made me so uneasy that I decided to leave the Bomplex entirely. He's completely inappropriate!!! They really will hire just about anyone these days.

The clerk by the name of Fred Allen should not be slowing to work for such company, as apart of CHA. I didn't like how he was always trying to talk to me, instead of doing his job. He is very unprefessional and comes to work looking like a fat slob. CHA, FIRE FRED GREEN AT 116 Elm Street and you won't regret it! He made me feel so uncomfortable that I moved out the building. What a pervert he is!!! They hire anybody these days
