We are huge fans of 1225. The location, amenities, team of doormen, and space plans are unparallel in the Old Town area. We would refer this building to anyone. The fact that we live above a grocery store is another tremendous value add That's tremendous in situations like the past few days and 19 inches of snow.

Just moved in. Great experience so far! Great modern kitchen appliances and easy washer/dryer in unit. Couple wear and tear marks when I moved in but not a big deal. Friendly residents and I'm looking forward to the building's social activities.

Everything is just superb. This just feels like home that makes you comfortable with such as the facilities, restaurants and groceries around. Maintenance is responsive, usually the same day or the next. Gxcellent job!

Great community. location's Astounding. Great amenities. Couldnt ask for a better combination for the price. Right in the heart of old town near shops and restaurants. Always have something to do with the lake close by.

I have lived at 1225 for ten years for several reasons. The staff/maintenance, the building and location are great. Zero complaints. Only positives. I highly recommend considering 1225 N. Wells when considering a move.

1225 Old Town thought of everything. The staff is helpful, responsive, and personable. The layout of the building maximizes the space efficiently and has plenty of space in every layout. I truly feel safe and so comfortable in the building because this is a building and a community where you can build a home.

This building has a perfect location, adjacent to many grocery shopping choices and less than a half hour walk to the lake, zoo and Michigan Avenue. The building itself is meticulously maintained and the staff goes out of its way to help you. They have worked especially hard during the pandemic to provide a safe environment for residents.

The staff is great. The common areas are great. Some simple things like fans in the bathrooms, water pressure in the bathrooms, and quality of appliances could be added / improved. Upkeep of units and common space is solid, pretty kept up well, but a deep cleaning every now and again would take the property to the next level.

Its been great! I am hoping the amenities Open soon so I can fully enjoy everything I am paying for, but the staff is awesome and we love our Anit!! Thanks 1225 old town for a great experience so far.
