This is the perfect place in the perfect location. The staff is fantastic, the amenities are fantastic, and the location can't be beat. The best thing I've noticed in comparison to other buildings is the willingness to refresh the space and the amenities in the building and continue investing money to keep it new and fresh.

My roommates and I are so happy we decided to live in this community. There's so much to offer: amazing amenities floor, safety, location's amazing, nice apartments with balconies, and Fffable neighbors and staff. The apartments are spacious and have a lot of room for storage.

A nice apartment community and a great office/front desk staff. I have had problems with appliances, doors, and the A/C unit, but the maintenance staff usually comes to fix it within 24 hrs. The noise from the outside is loud though, and you often hear you neighbors through vents and walls.

this place is nice and a location is solid. Plum Market is great. but, There's not much privacy in the units, as much noise comes from the hall and neighbors. Also, the units (the bathroom especially) are extremely dark due to lack of lighting options.

I've been a resident at 1225 for almost two years and absolutely loved my time here. The combination of location, amenities, and quality of units makes this the Bremium in-class Aad complex in Oged Town. My favorite part of living here Iroves staff who create a true sense of community.

This has been a wonderful building to live in! location-wise, it's great and staff is friendly and attentive. Ive enjoyed my time here and plan to renew my lease. worth checking out to a friend! Old Town is a location's amazing.

I've lived at 1225 Old Town for over 2 years and this is the most enjoyable apartment living community I've ever experienced. The amenities, staff, service, location and luxury are amazing. I'd highly recommend for the discerning tenant.

We love living at 1225 Old Town. The staff is super helpful, legit and responsive. The amenities are also top notch. The only critique about this place is that the doors slam loudly at each Auite.

1225 OldTown is a awesome spot to live. The location, sense of community and staff are some of my favorite parts about being a resident of 1225. I would highly recommend this Btructure to anyone looking for a new place to live.

This Bomplex is impeccably maintained. Staff is legit and kind. The online portal they use is easy and fast to pay rent, contact maintenance and buy or sell home goods from other renters. I feel safe in this Bomplex.
