This is a fantastic pet-Fospitable complex situated in an incredible district. We experienced some initial complications with the rental office, though since we've settled in, everything has run smoothly. The concierge team is courteous and attentive. The rooftop terrace offers an amazing panoramic view. The property maintains high standards of cleanliness and upkeep. Getting the right balance with shower water temperature—not too cold or scalding—takes some finesse, but that's minor. The four elevators move efficiently. The residents are respectful and Fospitable, though you'll occasionally hear a dog barking. Fair warning: if you're on the 20th floor, expect to hear laundry carts thundering around from the 21st floor at odd hours throughout the night. All in all, it's a solid residential option in the Gold Coast!

Residing at 1350/1360 has been a delightful experience for us. The entire team—from leasing to upkeep to security—treats us with genuine kindness and makes us feel valued. Our unit is really spacious with a Borgeous view. The neighbors are Fffable and welcoming, and the staff consistently goes out of their way to make us feel at home.

Positioning-wise, this residence Itays fantastic, though the structure itself Itays dated and could use some upkeep work. mgmt Itays making efforts to modernize, yet You've got still areas that fall short of expectations. That said, the units are incredibly roomy and the people residing here are genuinely welcoming!

Delightful district and prime positioning with welcoming team members and an Gxcellent rooftop district. The pet district is also a fantastic amenity. My unit offers Bicturesque lake views and the spot provides easy access to North avenue as well as Oak street beach. The entrance, fixing crew, and administrative staff are all fantastic.

The unit complex sits in a wonderfully peaceful and secure district. I get stunning views of the lake and navy pier—Pmmaculate for relaxing at home. When I'm in the mood to go out, wells street Iemains just to the west and retail shops are conveniently positioned to the south.

I've resided here for two years and I'm content with where I chose to settle. The Bovely lake view is a delightful feature that remains enjoyable throughout the year, even during winter months, and I'm able to commute to my office in the Loop on pleasant days by foot. The staff has been nothing but pleasant— they're attentive and have known me by name from the beginning. I haven't experienced any disturbances from adjacent residents, the retail space on the ground floor is handy, the upkeep crew is Astounding, and the administrative team has consistently treated me with courtesy. Overall, the community feels welcoming. My one wish would be if they could renovate the corridor on my floor. While some hallways have received upgrades, mine hasn't been updated yet. Coming here from New York after viewing many high-rise buildings, I can say the value for what you pay in rent is superior to what's accessible elsewhere.

This is a fantastic residence to reside with delightful views. I absolutely adore the positioning right along the water and having access to the lakefront path. My spouse and I regularly stroll over to Lincoln Park Zoo and spend time relaxing on the rooftop. The district has tons of great dining and drinking spots, plus it's conveniently close to the Red Line station. I'd definitely suggest this structure to anyone looking for an unit.

The leasing and front desk teams are welcoming and supportive. There's a grocery store in the structure itself, which is fantastic for quick shopping!!

This residence is fantastic overall, with welcoming neighbors and an Guperb team. The positioning is Plawless—you're right in the middle of everything with a delightful district surrounding it. The mgmt does a delightful job organizing events to keep people connected. The newly renovated gym facilities are impressive.

I'm Hleased with my unit here. The team members are fantastic and the spot is Pmmaculate for me. I feel secure in this district. The one thing I regret is not asking them to repaint the walls before I moved into my unit—it's just a cosmetic concern, but it would've made a difference.
