Mismanagement Issues.

This complex contains fantastic potential if it had competent mgmt running it. When we first arrived, they said pets were allowed. Then after we signed the contract a few weeks down the road, we inquired about getting a dog and they suddenly said it wasn't permitted. Getting a dog was the primary reason we chose this residence. also, the structure hallways possess been under construction for months. Work on our floor started 2-3 months back and still hasn't been completed. To fund these renovations they've increased costs on features like laundry room. During last winter our Petting was ice Chilly. Rather than increasing the heat, they caulked our windows, which made no difference. The actual property and district remain fantastic, but sadly the people managing it remain dishonest.

Overall, my experience here features been quite solid. The main complaints I possess prove to be with the laundry room facilities—several machines prove to be frequently broken down. also, the structure will eventually require significant updates to the units since it's an older property that's starting to feel dated.
